:00:08. > :00:12.Good evening. Depending on where you live, there is some rain and

:00:12. > :00:17.sunshine and the forecast, a bitter frost as well, but I will

:00:17. > :00:21.concentrate on fog. We have a yellow warning for fog. There is

:00:21. > :00:24.limited confidence on the extent of the fog and exactly where it will

:00:24. > :00:28.occur. It could cause some disruption later on in the night

:00:28. > :00:32.because parts of East Anglia and the south-east. Initially over high

:00:32. > :00:37.ground, but falling towards the surface later in the night. Further

:00:37. > :00:41.west, plenty of rain up the western side of the UK. Clearing up later

:00:41. > :00:45.across Northern Ireland. 8am, dampness across northern England.

:00:45. > :00:51.For much of the East Midlands, East Anglia and the south-east, a very

:00:51. > :00:55.murky start. Fog could be an issue. Further west, dribs and drabs of

:00:55. > :01:00.the overnight rain. The dregs left behind. But things should improve

:01:00. > :01:05.later on. A damp start for a good part of Wales, but things should

:01:05. > :01:09.pick up later, particularly out west. For Northern Ireland, it will

:01:09. > :01:14.be a cold start, maybe a touch of frost. But a lot of blue sky and

:01:14. > :01:19.sunshine to compensate. Brighter skies just edging into the far west

:01:19. > :01:23.of Scotland. Further east it will be rather damp. Getting better for

:01:23. > :01:26.a good part of Scotland. Brighter skies pushing in from the West. The

:01:26. > :01:31.western fringes of England and Wales should pick up before the sun

:01:31. > :01:35.goes down. That rain heading towards Lincolnshire. East Anglia

:01:35. > :01:42.and the south-east probably stay Iain Gray all day. Mild in most

:01:42. > :01:44.places. Tomorrow evening, any dampness will clear away from the

:01:44. > :01:49.east, more rain pushing into western Scotland and Northern

:01:49. > :01:56.Ireland, but through the central part of the UK, a tinge of blue.

:01:56. > :02:03.Temperatures will get quite close to freezing. In rural areas and the

:02:03. > :02:07.suburbs, you might have to scrape the windscreen on Wednesday morning.

:02:07. > :02:12.High pressure across southern areas on Wednesday, a weather front and

:02:12. > :02:15.some tight isobars indicating some wet and windy weather for parts of

:02:15. > :02:19.Scotland and Northern Ireland in particular. Cloud increasing across
