:00:20. > :00:23.Days and the weekend. We have a developing area of low pressure,

:00:24. > :00:28.angry cloud out in the Atlantic. Within the circulation of this

:00:28. > :00:32.storm system we could well see winds of up to 100 miles an hour

:00:32. > :00:35.out to sea. It won't be as windy as that closer to home but it will be

:00:35. > :00:39.a blustery spell and wet overnight tonight across parts of northern

:00:39. > :00:44.England, Northern Ireland. The rain pushing northwards from Scotland

:00:44. > :00:48.later in the night. Further south it is drier, the winds not so

:00:48. > :00:51.strong. Perhaps a mist and fog patches around but by and large

:00:51. > :00:55.temperatures will be higher than they were last weekend. Tomorrow

:00:55. > :00:59.will be a fairly blustery day, bright and breezy for many of us.

:00:59. > :01:03.Some sunshine around and many places will be dry. But it will be

:01:03. > :01:06.windier further north and west. Wet weather will push northwards

:01:06. > :01:09.through Scotland. Something drier and brighter following on behind,

:01:09. > :01:13.but the best of the bright this will be further south and east

:01:13. > :01:17.across the UK, where it is said to be a reasonable day. Across the

:01:17. > :01:21.heart of England mid-afternoon there will be some sunshine with a

:01:21. > :01:25.breeze. Temperatures to been pretty well, 11, 12, 13 degrees, about

:01:25. > :01:29.what they should be at this time of year. Brightness across the West

:01:29. > :01:33.Country, parts of south-west England and to the east of the

:01:33. > :01:37.moors. Down to the south-west it is staying predominantly cloudy

:01:37. > :01:41.through the afternoon. For Wales, the best of the sunshine to the

:01:41. > :01:45.east of the mountains. Towards Cardigan Bay is rather cloudy.

:01:45. > :01:48.Windy up the Irish Sea. Maybe some brightness hanging on across the

:01:48. > :01:52.south-east of Northern Ireland but there will be rain looming through

:01:52. > :01:57.the day. The strongest gusts through the Outer Hebrides. They

:01:57. > :02:01.will push up towards the northern isles. Tomorrow evening will see a

:02:01. > :02:04.squally spell of weather, strong winds when heavy rain. It is

:02:04. > :02:08.pushing down from Northern Ireland and Scotland and through England

:02:08. > :02:11.and Wales. It will clear through by Friday morning, the sunshine

:02:12. > :02:15.returning. It will be a chilly a day on Friday, cold enough for a

:02:15. > :02:19.cluster of showers to falter quite low levels across the northern half

:02:19. > :02:23.of Scotland. Saturday, the windows increase may again across the north
