:00:12. > :00:18.Good evening. The storm responsible for today's violent winds is easing,

:00:18. > :00:26.but it is still going to be pretty windy for the next couple of days.

:00:26. > :00:33.Widespread gusts today over 90mph. Across parts of the south we had

:00:33. > :00:38.gusts of 70mph. Here is the culprit, this deep area of low pressure. It

:00:38. > :00:43.is heading away, but it is still windy. Some heavy rain for the next

:00:43. > :00:52.few hours. Snow across the peaks. There will be snow showers

:00:52. > :00:59.continuing across the hills of western Scotland.

:00:59. > :01:05.Tomorrow, it is still a windy day. For most, there will be some

:01:05. > :01:10.outbreaks of rain, too. Many eastern and southern areas start

:01:10. > :01:14.the day with some sunshine. It will cloud over and it is going to feel

:01:14. > :01:18.chilly in that wind. The wind will bring a lot of rain to western

:01:18. > :01:23.Scotland. Not much of it getting to the east coast. Very soggy in the

:01:23. > :01:27.west, blustery, too, with snow up over the hills. There will be

:01:27. > :01:32.outbreaks of rain across Northern Ireland throughout the day. A wet

:01:32. > :01:39.and windy afternoon across North West England. Many eastern areas

:01:39. > :01:47.not seeing too much in the way of rain. But it will cloud over. The

:01:47. > :01:54.winds will still be strong tomorrow. The wet weather becomes more

:01:54. > :01:57.extensive for the evening as well. These weather fronts sinking south

:01:57. > :02:01.on Wednesday night and into Thursday morning. They should clear

:02:01. > :02:11.away quite quickly on Thursday. Still a lot of isobars on the chart.

:02:11. > :02:16.It is still a blustery day. A better chance of seeing a bit more

:02:16. > :02:20.sunshine on Thursday. It will still feel chilly. The winds will ease
