:00:11. > :00:15.A calendar more in synch over the next few weeks with the weather.

:00:15. > :00:20.The transition to the conditions began to date with cold air pushing

:00:20. > :00:25.behind the cold front and as the high pressure builds it makes the

:00:25. > :00:29.winds lighter and it is the ideal recipe for the first widespread

:00:29. > :00:33.frost retired. It will develop over the night and it is the blue tinge

:00:33. > :00:37.developing UK wide. Scotland, East and Northern Ireland, may be

:00:37. > :00:41.floating with Norfolk and we may see mist and fog forming but the

:00:41. > :00:47.mast -- vast majority will be freezing. Through the towns and

:00:47. > :00:51.cities below freezing with minus temperatures in some -- in Scotland,

:00:51. > :00:55.but as we start over Friday morning most of us will wake up to a frost

:00:55. > :00:58.and we will see showers across Scotland and the risk of ice

:00:58. > :01:02.elsewhere where we have seen showers through the evening. Into

:01:02. > :01:05.Northern Ireland, many western areas might be free of frost but to

:01:05. > :01:09.the east it will be a clear and frosty start as well be the case

:01:09. > :01:12.across England and Wales. An area of cloud will develop across north-

:01:12. > :01:17.west England and into the Midlands and South Wales and south-west

:01:17. > :01:21.England are prone to freezing fog patches. Some of those could take a

:01:21. > :01:25.while to shift. The cloud through the Midlands will slowly thin out

:01:25. > :01:28.and break and during the day Northern Ireland will turn cloudier

:01:28. > :01:33.as well Northwest's common with patchy rain. For the vast majority

:01:33. > :01:37.start with clear skies and finish and a skunk -- sunny skies.

:01:37. > :01:42.Temperatures lower than recently, but with the sunshine at it will

:01:42. > :01:46.feel reasonably pleasant. With the light winds the frost develops

:01:46. > :01:50.again quickly. You will notice the blue tinge more prevalent across

:01:50. > :01:54.England and Wales. This is where the coldest conditions are. You

:01:54. > :01:57.will see some missed and freezing fog. To the west and north, the

:01:57. > :02:01.frost is patchy, and that is where more cloud will develop into the

:02:01. > :02:07.start of the weekend. Sunny spells here and there. Most dry and while

:02:07. > :02:10.some of the fog may take some time to shift, we will see decent

:02:10. > :02:13.sunshine and temperatures similar to Friday. The reason we see the

:02:13. > :02:17.fog across eastern areas is because of the high pressure weather winds

:02:17. > :02:22.are lightest. That moves to the east but still fog possible to

:02:22. > :02:26.start the day. Further west, the isobars pinch together, so more of
