:00:09. > :00:14.It probably didn't feel as Kohl today as it did to the weekend. But

:00:14. > :00:18.don't get complacent. We still have high pressure across western Russia.

:00:18. > :00:23.That is still feeding a lot of cold air across much of Europe. The

:00:23. > :00:27.influence extends to our shores. It is keeping Atlantic rain bearing

:00:27. > :00:30.weather fronts out to the West. There is a little complication

:00:30. > :00:35.tonight, because we had a few showers of the North Sea into

:00:35. > :00:39.eastern England. A mixture of rain, sleet and snow and may be a dusting

:00:39. > :00:44.across East Anglia. The biggest problem will be ice, especially as

:00:44. > :00:49.temperatures fall below freezing for many. A dual combination which

:00:49. > :00:52.is tricky for travellers, fog land ice first thing. Temperatures could

:00:52. > :00:59.get down to minus five ORR minus ten across northern parts of

:00:59. > :01:03.England. Fog is an issue across the north-west. East of the Pennines,

:01:03. > :01:08.ice is a greater threat to the morning commute. There could be a

:01:08. > :01:12.slight dusting of snow. Still one or two flakes in the wind, pushing

:01:12. > :01:16.towards the south Midlands. A grey start for much of the Midlands. A

:01:16. > :01:21.bit brighter to the West. We will see sunshine to Devon and Cornwall,

:01:21. > :01:24.north and west Wales especially. Still some brightness possible. For

:01:24. > :01:28.Northern Ireland, probably the mildest conditions compared to the

:01:28. > :01:32.rest of the country. The cloud is fairly high, so it should be

:01:32. > :01:35.reasonably bright and they could be a patchy frost. More significant

:01:35. > :01:39.frost across Scotland and we could have real issues with dense fog.

:01:39. > :01:47.This time, mainly to the east of the Central lowlands, that could

:01:47. > :01:51.linger all day. Fog elsewhere, starting to lift. Thick grey cloud

:01:51. > :01:55.across southern and eastern areas, pushing further westwards. As it

:01:55. > :02:00.goes, we start to brighten up in the east. Temperatures tomorrow are

:02:00. > :02:04.around three or eight Celsius for the vast majority. That cold

:02:04. > :02:09.continental air is working its way back in. If we show you the

:02:09. > :02:13.temperature programme and through Tuesday night, severe frost

:02:13. > :02:16.developing. In central England we could get down as low as minus ten

:02:16. > :02:22.ORR minus 12. The biggest difference with Tuesday is a lot
