:00:13. > :00:16.Hello. We've reached 14 Celsius today in northern Scotland. That's

:00:16. > :00:20.more than double the average for this time of year. We're not done

:00:20. > :00:23.there with the high temperatures. This week it will be very mild. It

:00:23. > :00:27.is not necessarily going to be sunny. There will be spells of rain

:00:27. > :00:30.crossing the country blown in by a fairly strong wind. Particularly

:00:30. > :00:34.lively on Wednesday. Overnight tonight, much milder than last

:00:34. > :00:41.night. A few breaks in the cloud may allow temperatures to drift

:00:41. > :00:45.close to freezing. Againly, we're staying at a few degrees above

:00:45. > :00:48.freezing thanks to that blanket of cloud. A very different feel

:00:48. > :00:52.tomorrow. Pretty cloudy across the south-west in the morning.

:00:52. > :00:56.Outbreaks of rain on the north coast of Devon and Cornwall. A dull

:00:56. > :01:00.and damp start across much of Wales. It is looking pretty grey over

:01:00. > :01:03.Northern Ireland. Outbreaks of rain here through the morning. 8 or 9

:01:03. > :01:08.Celsius. Here it should cheer up through the day. Western parts of

:01:08. > :01:12.Scotland also looking dull and damp. It was the Murray Firth that saw 14

:01:12. > :01:16.degrees today. And again tomorrow. With sunshine tomorrow afternoon we

:01:16. > :01:23.could see similar temperatures. The rain continues no Cumbria. Some

:01:23. > :01:26.cause for concern. Elsewhere over England most places starting dry.

:01:26. > :01:31.Predominantly cloudy but we'll get breaks in the cloud. Through the

:01:31. > :01:35.day, more optimistic of seeing more breaks, particularly of if you're

:01:35. > :01:39.to the east of higher ground. Some sunshine over north-east England

:01:39. > :01:45.and north-east Scotland. It will stay grey around many western

:01:45. > :01:48.coasts. Even where it is dull temperatures of 9-10 Celsius better

:01:48. > :01:52.than average temperatures. Wednesday could see even higher

:01:52. > :01:59.temperatures. You probably won't notice because of a strong wind.

:01:59. > :02:03.Lively, gusty winds particularly over eastern England. The rain

:02:03. > :02:08.building up. It brings the threat of flooding into Cumbria. Where we

:02:08. > :02:13.need the rain across the south-east, we probably won't get it until

:02:13. > :02:16.quite late in the day. Another weather system approaches for

:02:16. > :02:20.Thursday. Crucially, we're in between those weather fronts on

:02:20. > :02:23.Thursday. That's where the really mild air is. We could be in the
