:00:11. > :00:15.Good evening. Forget about March. For some of us it appears that June
:00:15. > :00:19.has jumped the queue. For the heart of southern England today we peaked
:00:19. > :00:23.at 20 degrees. And it was warm and sunny across many parts of the UK.
:00:23. > :00:26.Along the East Coast of England, it was very different, just ten
:00:26. > :00:29.degrees here, despite a lot of sunshine. It wasn't sunny
:00:29. > :00:33.everywhere. Across south-western parts of England it's been cloudy
:00:33. > :00:37.with showery bursts of rain. These are continuing now, pushing into
:00:37. > :00:41.south-west Wales. Heading in the direction of Northern Ireland later
:00:41. > :00:44.on. That's the exception. Most of us dry. Quite chilly, a touch of
:00:44. > :00:51.frost across northern areas and mist and low cloud in a number of
:00:51. > :00:55.places as well. It might be rather chilly, grey, uninspiring start to
:00:55. > :00:58.the day. Most of the that low cloud lifts readily with increasing
:00:58. > :01:03.amounts of sunshine. The showers across Northern Ireland will
:01:03. > :01:06.dissipate. One o two turning up across the mainland. But they will
:01:06. > :01:10.be isolated. Nearly all of us staying dry with a lot of sunshine.
:01:10. > :01:14.If you look closely you might see the blob of blue, indicating a low
:01:14. > :01:18.risk of one or two heavy down pours. But nearly all will stay fine with
:01:18. > :01:22.a lot of sunshine. Cool again along the East Coast. Temperatures pegged
:01:22. > :01:26.back here. Inland, every bit as warm as today. Yes 21 degrees is
:01:26. > :01:28.possible to the west of London. A brighter day than today across
:01:28. > :01:34.south-west Wales and south-west England. Temperatures will respond
:01:34. > :01:39.in the sunshine. Saturday, more of the same, a misty, grey start in
:01:39. > :01:43.some places. That mist and low cloud could be persistent along
:01:43. > :01:47.East Coast of Scotland. Most other places settling into another fine
:01:47. > :01:51.and warm day. Really we stick with the status quo throughout the
:01:51. > :01:55.weekend with high pressure staying in charge. Subtle changes from day
:01:55. > :01:58.to day. We won't get the fine detail right. But the gist is that
:01:58. > :02:02.it stays dry with increasing amounts of sunshine through the day.
:02:02. > :02:08.Best in the west. Towards the East Coast temperatures will be pegged
:02:08. > :02:13.back because of the breeze. And some low cloud too. The weekend is
:02:13. > :02:17.dry, warm and sunny. But feeling bracing along the East Coast.
:02:17. > :02:21.If it's rain you're after, I would look away now. As we look ahead
:02:21. > :02:25.into next week, that high pressure is still slap bang over the top of
