:00:12. > :00:15.Good evening. It says a lot about the summer you have just said that

:00:16. > :00:20.we have to wait until September for the warmest weather to arrive. That

:00:20. > :00:24.was the case across the East of Scotland. We reached 25.2 Celsius

:00:24. > :00:28.in Aberdeen. That was the warmest day of the year so far. It will not

:00:28. > :00:30.be as warm tomorrow because of a cold front coming in from the West,

:00:31. > :00:35.crossing Scotland and Northern Ireland right now. It's bringing

:00:35. > :00:42.some cloud, blustery wind and some patchy rain. Most of the rain

:00:42. > :00:45.across western areas is staggering into fringes of England and Wales

:00:45. > :00:51.overnight. Very windy across the far north. Further south, lighter

:00:51. > :00:55.wind, quite a humid night with misty mess around as well. A three-

:00:55. > :01:00.way split to start the day. The really lively weather will be in

:01:00. > :01:04.the far north. We could see gusts of 60 mph through the day.

:01:04. > :01:07.Particularly across the northern isles of Scotland. The wind is not

:01:07. > :01:10.too strong for the rest of us. Right in the south-east, bright

:01:10. > :01:15.across the north-west, cloudy in the middle with remnants of a

:01:15. > :01:19.frontal zone moving southwards and eastwards. Any rain will tend to

:01:19. > :01:24.die away. We are left with a lot of cloud in that zone. After a damp

:01:25. > :01:28.start across North Wales, things will pick up. Some sunshine here.

:01:28. > :01:34.Bright and breezy for Northern Ireland, pleasant enough if you can

:01:34. > :01:38.get out of the breeze. It will not be as warm in Scotland, 17 degrees

:01:38. > :01:43.in Aberdeen compared with 25. Still, pretty pleasant out of the breeze

:01:43. > :01:46.and in the sunshine. Day-nighter afternoon to come -- a nice

:01:46. > :01:51.afternoon to come. Into that frontal zone, a lot of cloud. Maybe

:01:51. > :01:57.the odd bit of dampness in the breeze. It will take all day for

:01:57. > :02:02.the club to rise across south-east. Across Devon and Cornwall, cloudy,

:02:02. > :02:06.perhaps damp. Light wind, hopefully that will not be an issue for the

:02:06. > :02:09.sailors in Portland. That clears away overnight and then we have

:02:09. > :02:13.high pressure nestling in from the West. The weather is settling down.

:02:13. > :02:17.Now, a shout out for the farmers out there. I know you want to get

:02:17. > :02:20.on with the harvest. The good news is that we are looking at several

:02:20. > :02:24.days of fine and warm weather, particularly across the southern
