:00:10. > :00:15.BBC London team, have a very good Good evening. We hit 29 degrees

:00:15. > :00:20.Celsius last weekend. This weekend, well, it will not be that warm. If

:00:20. > :00:23.you fancy some September sunshine then tomorrow looks good. A bright

:00:23. > :00:26.and breezy day. There will be a breeze blowing but it will not be

:00:26. > :00:30.as strong as the wind has been today. The area of low pressure is

:00:30. > :00:34.clearing to the north. This area of high pressure is starting to

:00:34. > :00:38.influence things. The isobars are starting to spread out, meaning the

:00:38. > :00:42.Windies falling light. Still gusty across northern Scotland tonight

:00:42. > :00:46.with one or two showers but with lighter winds further south, mist

:00:46. > :00:50.and fog patches will form and with the clear skies and lighter winds,

:00:50. > :00:55.temperatures will fall. Ten or 11 degrees Celsius in towns and cities.

:00:55. > :00:58.In rural areas, four or five degrees Celsius. A bit of a chill

:00:58. > :01:02.to start the weekend but if you are a burly you should be rewarded with

:01:02. > :01:07.sunshine. Maybe grey and misty across south-west England and South

:01:07. > :01:10.Wales but further East, plenty of sparkling sunshine. More cloud on

:01:10. > :01:14.the west coast of northern England but the wind will not be as strong

:01:14. > :01:18.as this morning. A bright start across Northern Ireland. More cloud

:01:18. > :01:22.on the western side of Scotland. A bit of rain in the far north. We

:01:22. > :01:25.should hang on to sunshine in north-east Scotland. A warmer day

:01:25. > :01:28.here. Many eastern counties of England and Scotland will see sunny

:01:28. > :01:34.spells throughout the day. There will be some cloud developing

:01:34. > :01:39.elsewhere. Some western coasts may be disappointingly grey. For many,

:01:39. > :01:43.a fine day. Temperatures rising in the sunny spells in the east at 19-

:01:43. > :01:48.21 degrees Celsius. Feeling warmer than today because winds are light.

:01:48. > :01:50.That is a crucial factor for the organisers that Hoylake, the

:01:50. > :01:54.Women's British Open was effectively abandoned today because

:01:54. > :01:57.of the strength of the wind. They should be plenty of play on

:01:57. > :02:01.Saturday. Rain is in the forecast for Sunday. The rain across north-

:02:02. > :02:05.west England is going to be caused by these two weather fronts merging

:02:05. > :02:12.together and combining to angst this area of high pressure. The

:02:12. > :02:16.weather fronts will bring a spell slowly south across England and

:02:16. > :02:20.Wales on Sunday, spreading towards the Midlands. Southern and eastern

:02:20. > :02:22.counties will probably stay dry and bright on Sunday. Blustery
