:00:09. > :00:13.Good evening. This time yesterday, a widespread frost was developing.

:00:13. > :00:19.Tonight, no such problems. For many, too much cloud and too much breeze,

:00:19. > :00:23.both of those bringing rain tonight across some western areas. More

:00:23. > :00:26.persistent in the northern and western Isles. With clear skies,

:00:26. > :00:30.temperatures have the potential to drop, particularly in southern

:00:30. > :00:35.areas. It could get down to around three degrees in rural areas. Only

:00:35. > :00:38.a small chance of Frost, but for many a frost-free start to

:00:38. > :00:42.Wednesday. Extensive cloud initially and quite a breeze, but

:00:42. > :00:46.bright spells through the day. That is dependent on your exposure to

:00:46. > :00:50.the wind. Coming from the West, for the beginning of the day, north-

:00:51. > :00:55.west England has lots of cloud and patchy rain, but to the east of the

:00:55. > :00:58.Pennines you could see brighter spells. We won't have sunshine this

:00:58. > :01:05.morning across the Midlands. It won't be as cold, but there will be

:01:05. > :01:09.some bright spells. In the south- west, you are exposed to a westerly

:01:09. > :01:12.wind. Extensive cloud and there will be a few spots of light

:01:12. > :01:17.drizzle. That will come and go through the day, particularly

:01:17. > :01:21.around the hills and coasts. Damp across Northern Ireland with great

:01:21. > :01:27.dash grey skies. Wet conditions towards the north-west in the

:01:27. > :01:30.morning. In western Scotland, rain will come and go during the day. In

:01:30. > :01:34.the east, something a little bit drier and brighter, but here and in

:01:34. > :01:38.the north-east of England, for winds will become strong in the

:01:38. > :01:41.afternoon and evening. The best of the brightness will be to southern

:01:41. > :01:45.and eastern areas. More cloud in the West and for western Scotland,

:01:45. > :01:49.Northern Ireland and north-west England, we will continue to see

:01:49. > :01:53.outbreaks of rain. Temperatures tomorrow will not be far off what

:01:53. > :01:57.we saw today, tempered by the breeze. The breeze at his -- at its

:01:57. > :02:02.strongest in the evening and early part of the night. We will continue

:02:02. > :02:07.to see outbreaks of rain and a few showers in western areas on

:02:07. > :02:10.Thursday morning. Thursday looks a bit like Wednesday. A lot of cloud,

:02:10. > :02:13.some brighter skies, particularly towards the east and a bit of a

:02:13. > :02:19.breeze. The breeze will pick up further into the night and into

:02:19. > :02:23.Friday. A weather system driving in more weather fronts. We start wet
