:00:22. > :00:25.that gain the most significance now during the rest of the night. Icy

:00:26. > :00:30.patches likely and some snow and some a bit further south we have

:00:30. > :00:35.seen it so far this winter. The rain showers we had across Wales

:00:35. > :00:40.and South West England will ease in the next couple of hours. This area

:00:40. > :00:43.of rain, sleet and snow moving out of northern England and drifting

:00:43. > :00:49.further south across England and Wales. To the north of that, dry

:00:49. > :00:52.weather, icy but snow showers in northern Scotland continue.

:00:52. > :00:55.Temperatures just a few degrees either side of freezing. We have

:00:55. > :00:59.the likelihood of ice going into tomorrow morning. We have this area

:01:00. > :01:04.of rain, sleet and snow in the south. East Wales and the Midlands

:01:04. > :01:08.and will drift further south into the morning into south-east England.

:01:08. > :01:13.Snow from this, not just on hills, you might get some to lower levels

:01:13. > :01:19.too. A light covering in places is possible before it melts away once

:01:19. > :01:23.the sun comes out. Across northern areas, a fine start for many, cold,

:01:23. > :01:30.frosty and icy. These snow showers in northern Scotland will have

:01:30. > :01:35.given a fresh covering to start day. They will ease. Wintry showers run

:01:35. > :01:40.down the eastern coastal cities of England. The early wet weather will

:01:40. > :01:44.clear away from southern areas. The sun does follow. Away from coastal

:01:44. > :01:54.showers, plenty of sunshine by the afternoon. A crisp day, bau cold

:02:06. > :02:09.date fell to minus 18. It will still be cold going into Thursday

:02:09. > :02:16.morning with a ridge of high pressure. Low pressure will bring
