:00:38. > :00:41.highlands of Scotland. Icy patches over night and in the morning. The

:00:41. > :00:45.fog is the main concern. That will be around for the rush-hour.

:00:45. > :00:50.Difficult travelling conditions, not only on the roads, but further

:00:50. > :00:55.disruption around the airports. All the details on the BBC local radio

:00:59. > :01:03.the channel. Mist, fog and low cloud to the south-east of England
