:00:11. > :00:16.Good evening. A dry, bright day for many tomorrow, before things turn

:00:16. > :00:19.wet and windy on Wednesday. Before all that, however, potential

:00:19. > :00:22.problems tonight with ice and fog. All really thanks to today's

:00:22. > :00:28.showers. Can you see them on the radar picture, widespread across

:00:28. > :00:33.the UK. You can see they are dying out. They'll continue to fade out

:00:33. > :00:35.into the North Sea over the next few hours. Leaving behind a legacy

:00:35. > :00:40.of moisture which could allow things to turn slippery for the

:00:40. > :00:45.morning. Temperatures are dropping, most towns and cities staying above

:00:45. > :00:49.freezing. Roads and pavements may well see some icy patches

:00:49. > :00:52.developing. Also fog a potential hazard for Northern Ireland,

:00:52. > :01:00.western Scotland and North West England. Where that fog forms, it

:01:00. > :01:04.is not such a problem. Still a grey start here with a lot of cloud.

:01:04. > :01:07.Potentially icy and foggy for North West England, the West Midlands and

:01:08. > :01:11.the marches. For south-west England, generally a dry and bright start.

:01:11. > :01:14.It was a sunny morning this morning across the South-East. Very

:01:14. > :01:18.different here tomorrow morning. Quite a gloomy start, even maybe

:01:18. > :01:22.one or two spots of drizzle. Eastern counties of England will

:01:22. > :01:27.cheer up. Maybe sunny intervals developing. Elsewhere, the fog

:01:27. > :01:30.should clear. One or two places may hang onto the fog. If it sticks,

:01:30. > :01:34.temperatures will struggle. For many it will be dry and bright with

:01:34. > :01:37.temperatures about average, four to eight Celsius. Maybe a bit higher

:01:37. > :01:41.in the south-west. Now, tomorrow night temperatures drop sharply.

:01:41. > :01:45.There'll be mist and fog forming for a time. But the main focus is

:01:45. > :01:49.down to the south-west as things change during the evening. Some

:01:49. > :01:53.heavy rain arriving with ground saturated across Devon and Cornwall,

:01:53. > :01:59.that's not good news. The isobars really bunching together as well.

:01:59. > :02:01.So not just wet, but a wet and windy spell for all on Wednesday.

:02:01. > :02:04.Generally a dry morning across eastern England and Scotland. The

:02:04. > :02:08.rain arrives here, should be clearing from parts of Wales and

:02:08. > :02:13.the south-west later on in the day. That rain may well be around on

:02:13. > :02:15.Thursday. Possibly starting to bring snow over the hills of

:02:15. > :02:19.Scotland. Showers will follow on behind. Some uncertainty about the

:02:19. > :02:22.end of the week. With the weather charts looking like this and plenty

:02:22. > :02:25.of weather fronts to come pushing in across the United Kingdom, it
