:00:10. > :00:15.all of us on the late team, Good evening. Today was a wet day

:00:15. > :00:20.across large parts of the UK. Tomorrow will be a very wet day for

:00:20. > :00:25.pretty much all parts of the country. There are a number of

:00:25. > :00:32.warnings in force, and couple of which crack amber. That means be

:00:32. > :00:35.prepared for problems. This shows how the rain has marched across the

:00:35. > :00:43.country today, but here comes another pulse of heavy rain up

:00:43. > :00:53.across the south-west. As you can see, the rain continues to expand,

:00:53. > :00:57.most paces -- places very soggy by the morning. It is not a cold night,

:00:57. > :01:05.but it is going to feel cold tomorrow as the rain continues to

:01:05. > :01:09.fall and the wind continues to blow. Perhaps it will turn a little drier

:01:09. > :01:16.and brighter across parts of South Wales and south-west England during

:01:23. > :01:32.bleak midwinter day. It will feel cold, particularly on the North Sea

:01:32. > :01:35.coast. It will be especially wet in eastern Scotland. Snow on the hills,

:01:36. > :01:41.but it really is the rainfall causing concern as it continues to

:01:41. > :01:48.mount up during tomorrow and tomorrow night. So we have an amber

:01:48. > :01:54.warning in course. Elsewhere, a glimmer of brightness perhaps on

:01:54. > :02:01.Friday. We could even see a little sunshine here and there across

:02:01. > :02:06.England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is, after all, the shortest day.

:02:06. > :02:16.Behind me, further spells of rain, another area of low pressure. That

:02:16. > :02:21.is Saturday's wet and windy weather, and here comes Sunday's. There is
