:00:11. > :00:15.Talking a lot about uncertainty, but the weather system that has

:00:15. > :00:18.been causing us a headache, this rain out in the Atlantic, could

:00:18. > :00:23.cause some of it a bit of a headache when you travel around on

:00:23. > :00:27.Friday. For the time being, a week were the front in the West, a

:00:27. > :00:32.contrast with the bleak weather front in the West, patchy rain, but

:00:32. > :00:35.also sleet and snow across Wales and the south-west. High pressure

:00:35. > :00:40.and thence winds, freezing fog is again an issue and temperatures

:00:40. > :00:45.widely below freezing, minus ten through the night. Way you have

:00:45. > :00:50.seen showers, through some eastern areas from ice will be an issue.

:00:50. > :00:55.Like this morning, brighter conditions. Further west, a bit

:00:55. > :00:57.more cloud, for Northern Ireland, plenty of cloud and a south-

:00:57. > :01:01.easterly wind that will strengthen through the day, producing light

:01:01. > :01:07.rain, but much of northern and central eastern England, dry and

:01:07. > :01:11.bright weather, fair amount of cloud, but those patches of fog

:01:11. > :01:15.once again could take a while to shift, if they do at all. Wales and

:01:15. > :01:19.south-west England, fairly cloudy, that light rain and drizzle with

:01:19. > :01:25.sleet and snow over high ground will continue. Nothing hugely

:01:25. > :01:27.significant and dead be surprised if you see one or two snow flurries

:01:28. > :01:31.east of the cloud. Away from the fog patches, bright and sunny

:01:31. > :01:37.weather, but very cold, temperatures once again struggling

:01:37. > :01:39.to get above freezing. Very cold air across the near Continent and a

:01:39. > :01:42.strengthening south-easterly wind developing across the evening, so

:01:42. > :01:48.that weather system I'd mentioned will bring rain to Northern Ireland,

:01:48. > :01:51.Pembrokeshire and Cornwall. Turning to slow as it bit colder air, and a

:01:51. > :01:55.tricky rush-hour for western England and Wales. That will spread

:01:55. > :01:59.eastwards across the West of England and parts of southern

:01:59. > :02:02.Scotland and return to Northern Ireland later. Blizzard conditions

:02:02. > :02:06.over the hills, drifting as though, the potential for trouble

:02:06. > :02:10.destruction. The Met Office had a yellow warning quite widely, the

:02:10. > :02:14.potential for disruption anywhere, but be prepared in the amber areas,

:02:14. > :02:18.parts of north-west England, East and Wales and the Midlands, and it

:02:18. > :02:23.could be extended further south and east, so stay tuned to the forecast.
