:00:48. > :00:53.Pennines. In the south more rain into the Midlands. In the south-

:00:53. > :00:59.east, the area of south of London, a wet start to the day. To the west,

:00:59. > :01:03.the overnight rain beginning to ease off

:01:03. > :01:08.All of these areas are soggy. Across Wales, things are beginning

:01:08. > :01:11.to improve. The rain is moving away. Brighter spells are breaking

:01:11. > :01:16.through. Over Northern Ireland, brisk winds. Lighter winds

:01:16. > :01:20.elsewhere but brisk from the west. Bringing outbreaks of rain. Not a

:01:20. > :01:25.plenty start to the day. Rain over parts of Scotland with patchy hill

:01:25. > :01:29.snow. Also the risk of icy patches where the skies have cleared.

:01:29. > :01:34.Watch out for that. Otherwise through the morning, the rain in

:01:34. > :01:37.the south is clearing. Good sunny spelling follows on behind that.

:01:45. > :01:50.on to affect a good part of England and north-west Wales. To the north,

:01:53. > :01:59.Saturday, but generally, the brighter day of the weekend. Sunday,

:01:59. > :02:05.more in the way of cloud and patchy rain moving in. A nice sunny day

:02:05. > :02:13.for many on Saturday. Snow showers returning down the eastern coastal

:02:13. > :02:20.counties it could give a covering in places. Maybe up to an inch.
