:01:17. > :01:23.but not as extensive as in England and Wales. That is a low cloud. So

:01:23. > :01:27.it will be grey and dull and a damp start across the eastern side of

:01:27. > :01:31.England. Drier for the south-west. It could be completely dry but lots

:01:31. > :01:35.of cloud. Improvements in the afternoon. For most of Wales it

:01:35. > :01:40.will be a dry but a cloudy start to the day. The cloud in Northern

:01:40. > :01:45.Ireland, a little more tenuous. I am expecting a frost in many parts

:01:45. > :01:48.of the country. It is frosty now. Whilst there is cloud for Northern

:01:48. > :01:53.Ireland and southern Scotland, there are sunnier spells. The

:01:53. > :02:00.sunnier for the north of Scotland. For England we have the cloud on

:02:00. > :02:04.the whole. Less so in the afternoon. Cold down the North Sea coasts, but

:02:04. > :02:08.for north-west Scotland, 10 Celsius is possible. Here in Scotland there

:02:08. > :02:13.will be a frost tomorrow night. That means we should start with

:02:13. > :02:17.sunshine over many parts of the country. That dry, sunny weather

:02:17. > :02:21.drufts to the south over a good part of England and Wales. It will
