:00:09. > :00:14.Good evening. We had a turbulent day of weather today heal and

:00:14. > :00:18.thunder as well. Those showers are fading across the southern half of

:00:18. > :00:22.the country. We have fairly potent rain further north. That will slide

:00:22. > :00:26.southwards across England and Wales over night. Patchy rain here,

:00:26. > :00:31.behind it, it turns colder. The potential for a ground frost, frost

:00:31. > :00:34.on the cars by tomorrow morning. You can see the rain, it does give

:00:34. > :00:38.a damping to ground for many parts of England and Wales through the

:00:38. > :00:43.night, holding the temperatures up here. It will be a grey and damp

:00:43. > :00:47.start. Further north under the clearing skies lighter winds. The

:00:47. > :00:50.winds will ease. A touch of ground frost for rural parts of Scotland

:00:50. > :00:54.and Northern Ireland. We will see sunshine here, more than we have

:00:54. > :00:59.seen for the last couple of days. It will be a damp start in southern

:00:59. > :01:03.and eastern areas. More sunshine across Scotland and Northern

:01:03. > :01:06.Ireland, lighter winds, it will feel pleasant in the sunshine, more

:01:06. > :01:12.like spring. We will see the odd shower for Northern Ireland and

:01:12. > :01:16.into the north of England. A dryer picture here through Wales and the

:01:16. > :01:20.South West in the afternoon. Further east a slow start. The

:01:20. > :01:24.April sunshine will be stronger now it will punch its way through the

:01:24. > :01:28.clouds, there will be sharp showers around into the afternoon. There

:01:28. > :01:33.should be fewer big showers than today much they will melt away

:01:33. > :01:37.quickly tomorrow evening. Tomorrow night it will turn much colder,

:01:37. > :01:43.even further south. Widespread ground frost in rural parts.

:01:43. > :01:47.Saturday starts on a lovely note for many. There could be rural fog

:01:47. > :01:52.around first thing. Late on the weather front will push in. It will

:01:52. > :01:55.be dry to start the weekend, strong sunshine for many of us before that

:01:55. > :01:59.rain starts to threatening the north-west of Scotland and Northern

:01:59. > :02:02.Ireland. That will allow the weather systems to come in off the

:02:02. > :02:07.Atlantic, squeeze our high pressure out of the way, it looks like the

:02:07. > :02:10.wetter day of the weekend, Sunday, wetter and windier as the weather

:02:10. > :02:13.front pushes across Scotland, Northern Ireland, northern England

:02:13. > :02:17.and western fringes of England and Wales, at the moment a cold and

:02:17. > :02:21.bright start is prom significanced across southern and eastern areas.
