:00:09. > :00:13.Good night. Good evening. We have seen some

:00:13. > :00:17.contrast and weather conditions today across the country. Almost

:00:17. > :00:23.contrast and weather seasons because for most of England and Wales,

:00:23. > :00:27.glorious blue sky, sunshine and warmth. It was lovely across the

:00:27. > :00:37.south coast. Further north, under the cloud in northern Ireland and

:00:37. > :00:42.

:00:42. > :00:50.Scotland, disappointing. A further inch to come of rain. For central

:00:50. > :00:55.and eastern areas, perhaps a touch on the chilly side but some frost in

:00:55. > :01:02.the south-east corner. A beautiful start but I suspect for Friday there

:01:02. > :01:05.will be more cloud developing and the sunshine turning hazy. The cloud

:01:05. > :01:08.thickener for Wales and the north-east of England. At four

:01:08. > :01:14.o'clock in the afternoon the rain is still there for Northern Ireland and

:01:14. > :01:20.Scotland. It is starting to slip south. More snow to come for the

:01:20. > :01:22.Grampians. It is worth bearing in mind. The showers continue into the

:01:22. > :01:31.north-west of England and for West Wales as well. There should be some

:01:31. > :01:37.brightness as well. The sunshine turning hazy across the Midlands. I

:01:37. > :01:43.would not be surprised if we see 17 or 18 degrees. We could get 1920 in

:01:43. > :01:53.the south-east. Friday into Saturday the weather front continues to sink

:01:53. > :01:54.

:01:54. > :02:01.South and East. It will be weakening all the time. A dull start hopefully

:02:01. > :02:06.brightening up to the north-west. Generally fresher. On Sunday, we

:02:07. > :02:15.keep the breezy, showery scene but more sunshine coming through and

:02:15. > :02:18.hopefully a bit warmer. That is how the bank holiday weekend is shaping

:02:18. > :02:22.up. Scotland and Northern Ireland looks likely to stay cool, breezy
