:00:13. > :00:17.tricky at the moment. The main themes are cloudy and breezy, some

:00:17. > :00:20.rain but also some sunshine. That is part of the problem. The sun is

:00:20. > :00:26.almost at its strongest that this time of year and can do remarkable

:00:26. > :00:30.things. In Suffolk, for example, close to freezing this morning. By

:00:30. > :00:37.this afternoon, the warmest part of the UK with temperatures up to 21

:00:37. > :00:40.degrees. East Anglia did see some sun, along with north-east Scotland.

:00:40. > :00:44.Later on it brightened up across Wales and south-west England but the

:00:44. > :00:49.most it has been a cloudy day. The cloud is providing wet conditions

:00:49. > :00:52.across Northern Ireland and much of Scotland. A wet night here but for

:00:52. > :01:02.England and Wales a damp night. The rain light and patchy. It will be a

:01:02. > :01:06.mild night. It's not a cold start tomorrow but it is a rather great

:01:06. > :01:10.start. Northern Ireland should see some sunshine, it will brighten up

:01:10. > :01:13.through the central belt and more eastern parts of Scotland, and again

:01:13. > :01:18.across more Eastern counties of England we should see some sunshine

:01:18. > :01:21.by the afternoon. After a wet start, northern Scotland will turn a

:01:21. > :01:25.bit drier and brighter. Sunny spells through the central belt until quite

:01:25. > :01:29.late in the day. A bright, fine day for much of Northern Ireland,

:01:29. > :01:34.although Wood could cloud over later. Cloudy across north west

:01:34. > :01:42.England. Down the eastern side, after a great start, someone

:01:42. > :01:44.sunshine again. Temperatures getting into the low 20s. But for the bulk

:01:44. > :01:47.of England and Wales and will be cloudy, with more persistent rain

:01:47. > :01:50.spreading across the South. The rain spreading back to Northern Ireland

:01:50. > :01:54.and southern Scotland also Crewe tomorrow evening. And then the wind

:01:54. > :01:58.starts to pick up. Getting unusually windy across the South during

:01:58. > :02:01.Wednesday night and into Thursday. Wet and windy usually means low

:02:01. > :02:06.pressure, and that's what we have sitting across us tomorrow night.

:02:06. > :02:11.This will try and head away but the weather front still dangles down on

:02:11. > :02:15.Thursday and the isobars still pinch together. These winds could get very

:02:15. > :02:19.lively on Thursday morning across South Wales and south-west England.

:02:19. > :02:22.Showery rain across northern England, Scotland and Northern
