:00:11. > :00:17.It has been another unusually warm day across the British Isles, and

:00:18. > :00:21.that warmth has translated to an unusually high amount of energy All

:00:22. > :00:25.that energy has been trying to break down this evening into heavy

:00:26. > :00:29.showers, which we watched on our raider frames pulsing up into

:00:30. > :00:35.southern England. This rash is moving its way eastwards. We then

:00:36. > :00:39.need to look further south, because we have another front waiting across

:00:40. > :00:49.the -- off the coast of France to move in. Overnight and night, plenty

:00:50. > :00:54.of showers to go around, often heavy and thundery, and accompanied by

:00:55. > :00:59.strong, squalling and potentially damaging winds. The south coast

:01:00. > :01:03.might receive the heaviest showers, which will move their way north

:01:04. > :01:07.eastwards throughout the night. You could see a shower pretty much

:01:08. > :01:13.anywhere across the British Isles tonight, and again it is very mild.

:01:14. > :01:19.Wednesday starts with plenty of cloud across the British Isles and,

:01:20. > :01:24.for many areas, some rain nearby. A great picture across Scotland, and

:01:25. > :01:28.windy here as well. Perhaps some dry intervals between the showers for

:01:29. > :01:34.Northern Ireland, but some fairly solid showers for Northern England

:01:35. > :01:38.first thing, for Wales, East Anglia, and the Midlands. In the south-west,

:01:39. > :01:42.you will notice here that the showers are fewer and further

:01:43. > :01:46.between, and that is a taste of things to come as the day pans out,

:01:47. > :01:51.because we are anticipating the showers will become -- we are into

:01:52. > :01:56.sedating it will become brighter across most of southern England and

:01:57. > :02:01.Wales. It will remain gusty on high ground and still some showers in

:02:02. > :02:05.northern and western exposures. A little cooler across the northern

:02:06. > :02:08.half of the UK than it has been in recent days. A lot of fine weather

:02:09. > :02:13.around for Thursday. Our driest, around for Thursday. Our driest

:02:14. > :02:19.quietest day of the week, with the lightest winds. A few showers in the

:02:20. > :02:28.south-west in the afternoon. Further south-west, here is what his heading

:02:29. > :02:29.our way on Friday. A big area of low pressure and some tightly packed
