:00:00. > :00:12.Good evening. In the last 24 hours, we have been reminded of the beauty

:00:13. > :00:18.and the ferocity of mother nature. This was the impressive satellite

:00:19. > :00:22.picked Joe, with the wind spiralling in to Typhoon Haiyan as it

:00:23. > :00:31.approached the Philippines. The winds were approaching 200 mph.

:00:32. > :00:36.Quite phenomenal. Destructive winds are heading towards Vietnam this

:00:37. > :00:40.weekend. Much more benign back home. Showers on Saturday, a touch of

:00:41. > :00:45.frost overnight, and then a lovely day for most of us on Sunday. There

:00:46. > :00:50.are a few showers around in more western areas, and some snow in the

:00:51. > :00:54.Highlands of Scotland. A touch of frost and the Glens, and

:00:55. > :01:01.temperatures down to single figures there. Some rain approaching the

:01:02. > :01:07.South West England and Wales as we approach tomorrow morning. Showers

:01:08. > :01:11.further western Scotland, and sunshine and showers for Northern

:01:12. > :01:17.Ireland. Pecking away at Western England and to the east of the

:01:18. > :01:21.Pennines. Clouding up further west with two bands of rain. One is

:01:22. > :01:26.pushing from the Bristol Channel and the other to the south coast. These

:01:27. > :01:27.will progress their way into southern and central areas through

:01:28. > :01:34.Saturday morning. Further north, southern and central areas through

:01:35. > :01:38.Saturday morning. Further north we keep the sunshine and showers. Some

:01:39. > :01:46.lucky places will stay dry, but nowhere will it be warm.

:01:47. > :01:50.Temperatures are well down. Through tomorrow evening, some rain will

:01:51. > :01:54.scoot across parts of south-west England. Potentially some strong

:01:55. > :01:58.winds across the far south-west. But the skies will start to clear

:01:59. > :02:02.through the night. From the Midlands and Wales northwards, we could see a

:02:03. > :02:08.frost first thing on Sunday. A chilly start, but it will be dry and

:02:09. > :02:12.bright if you are going to any remembrance Sunday ceremonies. For

:02:13. > :02:17.most of us, it will be a fine day. Lighter winds, and for many it will

:02:18. > :02:22.stay that way. Eventually, rain will push into Northern Ireland and the

:02:23. > :02:25.far south-west of England and Wales. Rain will sweep through on Sunday

:02:26. > :02:27.night, lingering across southern areas on Monday. The early part of

:02:28. > :02:29.next week
