:00:19. > :00:21.Atlantic. It is going to be unsettled with spells of heavy rain

:00:22. > :00:27.and at times some potentially damaging wind. The Atlantic is

:00:28. > :00:31.filling with cloud at the moment. This will ring us some rain by

:00:32. > :00:37.Wednesday. There is some milder air coming in across England and Wales.

:00:38. > :00:47.Pretty wet this evening across seven areas. -- southern areas. There is a

:00:48. > :00:55.widespread ground frost to come. Not as cold in the south-east because of

:00:56. > :01:00.the cloud cover. There could be some patchy fog forming in the morning

:01:01. > :01:08.across the South West. Especially across Wales and the Midlands as

:01:09. > :01:12.well. Some patches likely to linger through the afternoon. For Northern

:01:13. > :01:22.Ireland, a cold start here with some frost. Some icy patches around in

:01:23. > :01:30.Scotland. But the wind will blow the showers clear of the mainland and

:01:31. > :01:40.there will be some sunshine. Across Wales, the Midlands and the South

:01:41. > :01:46.West, a lot of cloud. Many places enjoying more sunshine away from

:01:47. > :01:51.here. Certainly a brighter day in Scotland and Northern Ireland but

:01:52. > :01:57.not particularly warm. The wind picks up in the north-west by the

:01:58. > :02:06.end of that afternoon. Windy weather around on Wednesday. Gusts of the 60

:02:07. > :02:11.miles an hour by the evening along the south coast of England. This

:02:12. > :02:14.deep area of low pressure comes in and of that clears the way, gusts

:02:15. > :02:20.over night of 80 miles an hour across parts of Northern Ireland and

:02:21. > :02:29.Scotland. And also some very wet weather. That will have swept

:02:30. > :02:30.through by Thursday. Still quite windy. Any showers around could be
