:00:07. > :00:14.This time last year we were embarking on the coldest night of

:00:15. > :00:19.the winter when temperatures drop to minus 13.6 Celsius. Today we were at

:00:20. > :00:24.the other end of the scale, plus 13 in some parts of England. The

:00:25. > :00:30.downside of that was the cloud and more rain. The weather fronts are

:00:31. > :00:34.moving around this area of low pressure and this stays with us for

:00:35. > :00:39.the rest of the week. Some rain to clear through for the rest of the

:00:40. > :00:45.night. Some heavy bursts as it is moving eastwards. Patchy fog

:00:46. > :00:51.developing in Scotland with a touch of frost in the West and ice is also

:00:52. > :00:58.a risk in northern Ireland with fog patches as temperatures get close to

:00:59. > :01:03.freezing. Tomorrow most of us will have a showery and a breezy day, but

:01:04. > :01:09.the showers will not be evenly distributed across the UK. In

:01:10. > :01:13.Scotland it moves on into the Northern Ireland and there will be

:01:14. > :01:17.stormy weather for a few days in Shetland. Eastern counties of

:01:18. > :01:23.England are dry and there is some brightness as well. Further west the

:01:24. > :01:29.showers are around from the word go. Some of these will be heavy and

:01:30. > :01:35.there is a risk of thunder and tail possible. Gusty winds as well as

:01:36. > :01:41.they move in around this area of low pressure. All of that means in

:01:42. > :01:45.Scotland it will stay mainly dry and also across eastern parts of

:01:46. > :01:50.England. Generally it is a cloudy day. A little bit cooler, but some
