:00:00. > :00:00.around Hampshire. Most places will be dry. The air pollution has been

:00:00. > :00:08.hitting the headlines today. For more information on that, here is my

:00:09. > :00:12.colleague. Good evening. Very hazy skies in

:00:13. > :00:19.London today and many other towns and cities across the UK. On

:00:20. > :00:21.Thursday there is the chance of some pretty high pollution in the

:00:22. > :00:28.south-east and East Anglia but by the time we get towards the end of

:00:29. > :00:33.the week, we will see clearer Atlantique air coming in and we

:00:34. > :00:38.should get rid of the Saharan dust which has been making services

:00:39. > :00:43.grubby in the last few days. You can see the pattern across the

:00:44. > :00:49.Atlantic. We also have a weather front. The beginning of that change

:00:50. > :00:58.is affecting many western areas of the UK. This particular cloud across

:00:59. > :01:03.the North Sea, you can see there is a general drift here towards

:01:04. > :01:08.Scotland and the North Sea coasts. It has been cold and cloudy and I

:01:09. > :01:11.think that cloud will drift further southwards and westwards through the

:01:12. > :01:16.course of the night. There will be a gloomy start to the UK. Still dry

:01:17. > :01:22.and hazy across the south-east of the country. There is the chance of

:01:23. > :01:25.some higher pollution here tomorrow. In terms of the weather

:01:26. > :01:31.across the rest of the country, we have some rain heading our way from

:01:32. > :01:37.France. Across Cornwall, Devon and Wales it will be a wet first half of

:01:38. > :01:40.the day. Some rumble of thunder across the Midlands. I would not

:01:41. > :01:46.rule out thunder and lightning in Birmingham. Still cold on the North

:01:47. > :01:53.Sea coast. Warm and hazy in the south-east and East Anglia. Here is

:01:54. > :01:59.a look at Friday. You can see the temperatures are going back down a

:02:00. > :02:07.bit. Much better in Newcastle, I am pleased to say. Here is the outlook

:02:08. > :02:13.into Saturday. This area of low pressure means weather fronts and

:02:14. > :02:19.rain will be coming our way. I know this looks a bit pessimistic. This

:02:20. > :02:23.is to indicate there is the chance of catching some rain Saturday and

:02:24. > :02:29.Sunday. There will be at least a bit of sunshine through the weekend.

:02:30. > :02:30.Some sunny spells the shore. Have the umbrella
