:00:00. > :00:00.and as we head towards Friday temperatures will pick up towards 21

:00:00. > :00:09.degrees. Good evening. Across the whole

:00:10. > :00:15.country today the showers have been losing intensity, but still a

:00:16. > :00:19.cluster across North Kent, stretching from Lincolnshire and

:00:20. > :00:22.also into western Scotland and we will keep a few showers as we go

:00:23. > :00:24.through the night which are moving their way into northern England.

:00:25. > :00:28.Another potential areas developing through Wales and the South West but

:00:29. > :00:32.in between there will be dry weather, clearer skies and the

:00:33. > :00:37.northern Scotland the clear skies could lead to a touch of Frost the

:00:38. > :00:42.temperatures dipping away. A chilly thing first thing on Tuesday morning

:00:43. > :00:45.and already we have a few showers are here and they will develop as

:00:46. > :00:50.the day goes on with the possibility of locally heavy downpours. Although

:00:51. > :00:53.some subtle change in the frequency of the showers, and really where we

:00:54. > :01:00.are most likely to see them is on balance, a bit more sunshine in

:01:01. > :01:05.Scotland than it should be fine and dry. A bit warmer through the low

:01:06. > :01:10.lands. The greatest risk in Northern Ireland is in the south-east, and we

:01:11. > :01:14.don't expect too many through the afternoon for parts of West Wales

:01:15. > :01:18.and south-west England but the risk will increase as we had further

:01:19. > :01:23.inland. Away from the showers, with light winds it should not feel too

:01:24. > :01:26.bad at 14 or 15 degrees. The showers will clear away on Tuesday evening

:01:27. > :01:32.and throughout the night it becomes dry and we could see patchy mist and

:01:33. > :01:37.fog but underneath the clear skies temperatures will drop away. A cold

:01:38. > :01:40.night to come, and the risk of a touch of Frost, so as we start

:01:41. > :01:45.Wednesday morning it will be quite chilly, but any mist and fog should

:01:46. > :01:48.lift to give most places a fine, dry and bright day. A bit more cloud

:01:49. > :01:52.moving into the north-west where the breeze will pick up with patchy

:01:53. > :01:55.light rain and drizzle arriving through the afternoon, and there is

:01:56. > :01:59.the very small chance of an isolated shower and you will be unlucky to

:02:00. > :02:04.catch one in the bright skies. Temperatures beginning to rise

:02:05. > :02:08.between 15 and 20 degrees. There is a change happening in the end of the

:02:09. > :02:11.weather week courtesy of high pressure building in. The weather

:02:12. > :02:15.front is flirting with the North at times and will introduce a bit more

:02:16. > :02:18.cloud, but most places should be dry. Brighter skies further south

:02:19. > :02:23.and those temperatures starting to rise by the end of the week, where

:02:24. > :02:26.we could be into the low 20s. Dry weather with sunny spells, worn by

:02:27. > :02:53.the day but still the potential for things to be fairly chilly night --

:02:54. > :03:02.at the European elections on May the 22nd.

:03:03. > :03:05.UKIP wants to take Britain out of the European Union,

:03:06. > :03:10.even though that would wreck the recovery and destroy jobs.

:03:11. > :03:13.The Conservatives are now openly flirting with exit.

:03:14. > :03:16.And the Labour Party? Well, they just don't have
