:00:00. > :00:11.week of weather. Peter Gibbs has more in the National forecast.

:00:12. > :00:18.The broad-scale weather patterns are reasonably clear. Tomorrow we are

:00:19. > :00:23.talking about showers and bake are always hit and miss. But lengthy dry

:00:24. > :00:28.spells in most places and some sunshine breaking through. Heavy

:00:29. > :00:32.showers this evening running up through the Midlands into northern

:00:33. > :00:38.England. They will move away but more showers popping up almost

:00:39. > :00:44.anywhere overnight. Cloudy skies and a mild and muggy night. Temperature

:00:45. > :00:53.no lower than 12 to 14 degrees. Mr round as well. Grey start across

:00:54. > :00:56.Scotland. Potential for heavy bursts of rain. Across Northern Ireland,

:00:57. > :01:00.showers more scattered. That will be the case for much of the day. Sharp

:01:01. > :01:06.showers across northern England early on. Great skies elsewhere but

:01:07. > :01:09.across most of Wales, southern England, if you do get wet on your

:01:10. > :01:16.journey to work, you can count yourself unlucky because dry weather

:01:17. > :01:22.should dominate. It will brighten up in the day, initially across western

:01:23. > :01:25.areas. Showers becoming fewer and further between here. In the

:01:26. > :01:32.afternoon showers more likely across eastern Scotland and England. It is

:01:33. > :01:36.a speckling of showers so long, dry spells in between. Sunshine breaking

:01:37. > :01:42.through in most places and temperatures should pick up into the

:01:43. > :01:44.mid or high teens. We're talking about the broad-scale, low-pressure

:01:45. > :01:49.appearing across the UK by Wednesday. That means, the way it

:01:50. > :01:55.looks at the moment, much of England and Wales will have a miserable day.

:01:56. > :01:58.Rain spiralling into eastern Scotland as well. Western Scotland

:01:59. > :02:05.and Northern Ireland look reasonably dry. But almost everywhere, quite a

:02:06. > :02:10.bit cooler. I Thursday, the rain is across northern Scotland. Probably

:02:11. > :02:17.one of the better days of the week elsewhere. Feeling pleasant weather

:02:18. > :02:23.sunshine does rake through. This is how the end of the week is looking.

:02:24. > :02:27.Low-pressure to the west of us with a feed of warm air from the

:02:28. > :02:28.Mediterranean. But with the low
