:00:08. > :00:11.Hello there, my blood pressure has been high for the past few hours. I

:00:12. > :00:15.don't think it has anything to do with the air pressure! The high

:00:16. > :00:22.pressure is shaping our weather It is sat there all week. Here we are

:00:23. > :00:28.seaing the weak weather front. The warmth has been in the south-west,

:00:29. > :00:33.26 Celsius. The temperatures in Scotland yesterday, today nearer 20

:00:34. > :00:38.Celsius. Still pleasant. There is slightly cooler air from the north.

:00:39. > :00:43.One or two showers from the Midlands to fade away, overnight mainly dry.

:00:44. > :00:48.The winds light tonight. A few breaks on the cloud. Not looking so

:00:49. > :00:52.cold. But those are the temperatures of the towns and the cities and the

:00:53. > :00:57.rural parts. Tomorrow, the prospects look good. A lot of dry weather

:00:58. > :01:02.around. Some sunshine at times. But it could be a sneezy day for us

:01:03. > :01:06.across England and Wales. High pollen levels over the south-east.

:01:07. > :01:11.As you can see from the forecast there is going to be some cloud

:01:12. > :01:17.around. The sunshine coming through. For many places the winds light A

:01:18. > :01:21.lot of dry weather too. It is in the far north-west of Scotland where we

:01:22. > :01:28.see more cloud and maybe a few showers. Cooler here. In the central

:01:29. > :01:36.and southern Scotland feeling warmer. Sunshine in the north and

:01:37. > :01:41.for the south a dry day. Always winners and losers, along the south

:01:42. > :01:45.coast, the sun is out but a cooling sea breeze. Then changes coming into

:01:46. > :01:52.the north of London over East Anglia. And to the East Midlands,

:01:53. > :01:56.with less of a win off the sea, the temperatures likely to be higher

:01:57. > :02:01.than today. Over the weekend, well, the high pressure is with us to the

:02:02. > :02:05.west. Little or no rain to speak of. The sunshine coming through, the

:02:06. > :02:09.highest temperatures across the south of the UK. On Saturday, we

:02:10. > :02:13.could get as high as 23 or 24 Celsius. Sunny spells for most. But

:02:14. > :02:18.the far north of Scotland seeing cloud. One or two spots of rain and

:02:19. > :02:23.more rain and drizzle later on Sunday. Away from here it should be

:02:24. > :02:27.dry on Sunday with sunny spells Temperatures not changing. And the

:02:28. > :02:28.temperatures a little above normal for the

:02:29. > :02:32.# I don't want you to leave Will you hold my hand? #
