:00:08. > :00:13.It's certainly been a feast of football again. The temperature in

:00:14. > :00:17.S?o Paulo was much the same as we had in Glasgow and Bristol. Here,

:00:18. > :00:21.temperatures are set to climb higher in the next few days. Tonight,

:00:22. > :00:26.rather than Brazil, it's more likely to be chilly. In rural areas we re

:00:27. > :00:33.looking at low single figures for a while. Clear skies overnight. It is

:00:34. > :00:38.setting us up for a sunny start to Wednesday. There will be changes

:00:39. > :00:41.coming in from the north-west. The breeze will freshen in Scotland and

:00:42. > :00:45.Northern Ireland. We have rain coming in from the north-west. The

:00:46. > :00:49.cloud advancing into parts of England and Wales, but a fine day

:00:50. > :00:52.here with a good deal of sunshine. The rain will arrive across the

:00:53. > :00:56.north and west of Northern Ireland later in the day. Some of the rain

:00:57. > :01:00.in the North West of Scotland could be quite heavy for a while. The

:01:01. > :01:11.winds will lessen as the rain clears through. Eastern Scotland missing of

:01:12. > :01:13.the rain. Some high cloud will move into northern England, so the

:01:14. > :01:15.sunshine turning rather milky. But a fine day across Wales, the

:01:16. > :01:17.south-west and through the Midlands. Some Fairweather cloud developing in

:01:18. > :01:21.the south-east, where we will see the highest temperatures. It looks

:01:22. > :01:24.great for Wimbledon. Wednesday and Thursday and possibly even into

:01:25. > :01:30.Friday, we could have three completely dry days. The story for

:01:31. > :01:35.Thursday, the rain that was in the North is a bit further south across

:01:36. > :01:39.northern England, Wales. It's very patchy and tending to peter out For

:01:40. > :01:44.the south-east and East Anglia, more in the way of sunshine. This is

:01:45. > :01:48.where we've still got the warmth. To the north of the rain band, Scotland

:01:49. > :01:53.and Northern Ireland, it will be cooler and fresher but bright with

:01:54. > :01:57.some sunshine. It changes again on Friday. Some more isobars on the

:01:58. > :02:01.chart, a windier picture and this weather system is a bit more active,

:02:02. > :02:06.a broader band of rain. It's turning wet and windy from the north-west on

:02:07. > :02:10.Friday. Some quite heavy rain over the Western Hills, especially in

:02:11. > :02:13.Scotland. The south-east of England staying dry through the day. This is

:02:14. > :02:17.where we've got the last of the warmth. But things will change on

:02:18. > :02:22.Saturday as the rain pushes further south-east across England and Wales.

:02:23. > :02:27.Sunshine and showers following to the north. Quite a change as we head

:02:28. > :02:28.into the weekend, it will feel cooler everywhere. Greasy for a

:02:29. > :02:41.while We don't have to prove

:02:42. > :02:44.who used a knife any more.
