:00:00. > 3:59:59unsettled weather to end thd week. There could be rain.

:00:00. > :00:10.Good evening. Heavy thundery rain has lashed the south-west of

:00:11. > :00:14.England, Wales and the Midlands Today. There are more thundery

:00:15. > :00:18.showers to come in the forecast tomorrow. The emphasis on some of

:00:19. > :00:22.the most intense showers and persistent rain will be further

:00:23. > :00:28.east. Here is the radar from earlier today. You can see how the showers

:00:29. > :00:33.came piling in to the west and then initially, having gone into Devon

:00:34. > :00:36.and Cornwall, pushed into the centre of the British Isles. Some showers

:00:37. > :00:42.out there now. They should fade away as we go into the small hours of

:00:43. > :00:46.Tuesday. Some lingering across Cumbria and Scotland. Showers will

:00:47. > :00:51.move into Northern Ireland by the end of the night. Quite a fresh

:00:52. > :00:56.start to the day tomorrow in rural areas because of clear skies. Lows

:00:57. > :01:00.of eight or nine Celsius. Quite a quiet start on the whole. Northern

:01:01. > :01:04.Ireland starts off with some wet weather. By the afternoon it should

:01:05. > :01:11.look drier and brighter, be it with a risk of thundery showers. Western

:01:12. > :01:14.Scotland seeing sunny spells and showers. Eastern England, a good

:01:15. > :01:20.part of northern England, to be fair, the East Midlands and into

:01:21. > :01:25.East Anglia, most prone to seeing the more coherent spells of rain.

:01:26. > :01:31.Further west, we could get more sunshine. That's not to say we will

:01:32. > :01:34.not see some slow-moving thundery showers here. Things calm down for

:01:35. > :01:40.Wednesday. High pressure tries to squeeze in from the west. We have a

:01:41. > :01:44.low trying to come in from the east. That is the big headache for the

:01:45. > :01:51.rest of this week. For Wednesday, it looks like it will produce a chilly

:01:52. > :01:55.breeze down the North Sea coasts. Many areas should escape with a

:01:56. > :02:04.largely fine day. West best for the sunshine and for the warmth. We have

:02:05. > :02:09.low confidence in the detail of what that low will do. It looks like it

:02:10. > :02:17.will produce some heavy rain. It could potentially introduce some

:02:18. > :02:22.warm and humid air on the continent. Heavier rain towards the east. Stay

:02:23. > :02:25.tuned and bear with us for getting the exact detail closer to the time.

:02:26. > :02:37.Some very warm There's too many people

:02:38. > :02:39.in the country, end of story. Margaret Mountford

:02:40. > :02:41.and Nick Hewer examine Foreign lads are coming in,

:02:42. > :02:45.taking all our jobs. I can't take someone who doesn't know

:02:46. > :02:48.nothing about the jobs. They'll pair five Brits with

:02:49. > :02:51.five immigrants... We don't belong here any more.

:02:52. > :02:54.I have contributed, you know. We're full up. I think

:02:55. > :02:57.they need people to work. ..then ask, is immigration a gain

:02:58. > :03:02.or a drain? It's judgement time.
