:00:00. > :00:11.Good evening. I know some of us could do with a drop of rain for the

:00:12. > :00:15.gardens, and the hot weather doesn't suit us all, but it's within a warm

:00:16. > :00:19.one today. 20 degrees in many parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland,

:00:20. > :00:23.the warmest day of the year so far. It's been a hot one further south

:00:24. > :00:26.too. 30 degrees along the south coast of England. There's plenty

:00:27. > :00:33.more warmth to come through the rest of this week. A balmy night. Most of

:00:34. > :00:39.us dry. Low cloud and mist off the North Sea into central and eastern

:00:40. > :00:43.parts of the UK. The odd shower possible across the west of Northern

:00:44. > :00:46.Ireland, otherwise dry and humid. Temperatures in the midteens to

:00:47. > :00:53.start the day. Whoa might see the odd shower across eastern England

:00:54. > :00:59.early on. Most of us is dry. By the afternoon, we could see an isolated

:01:00. > :01:03.downpour. Further west, I must stress they will be isolated. Mauve

:01:04. > :01:07.of us will avoid them entirely. They could be heavy and slow moving as

:01:08. > :01:13.well. The vast majority will be fine. Every bit as warm as today. Up

:01:14. > :01:18.into the mid-to high 20s. There will be a refreshing breeze across

:01:19. > :01:22.southern areas. It should stay dry here as across Scotland. A bit of

:01:23. > :01:25.mist across the far north-east and into the Northern Isles. We have the

:01:26. > :01:28.Commonwealth Games starting in the evening. I'm optimist thanking it

:01:29. > :01:34.will be dry. There's a very small risk of a shower. It should be dry

:01:35. > :01:38.and warm and temperatures in the low 20s at 8pm in the evening with

:01:39. > :01:41.fairly light winds. The warmth keeps with us through Thursday as well.

:01:42. > :01:49.Every bit as warm as it will be on Wednesday. Again mid-to high 20s.

:01:50. > :01:53.Once more across north-eastern coastal areas, it will be cooler

:01:54. > :01:56.with low cloud and mist. Weather-wise, the chance of an

:01:57. > :02:00.isolated shower, particularly across south-western parts of England and

:02:01. > :02:03.Wales. They will be isolated. Mauve places -- most places will be

:02:04. > :02:06.completely dry. That's how we end the week. A lot of warmth around,

:02:07. > :02:12.many places will be dry. There will be a few showers around. Towards the

:02:13. > :02:16.weekend, well southern areas stay dry and warm. But keep your eye on

:02:17. > :02:21.this front. That introduces showery rain into the northern areas. As

:02:22. > :02:26.that heads southwards, into the early part of next week, it looks as

:02:27. > :02:28.if it will turn cooler with the winds coming down from the north.
