:00:00. > :00:00.too bad for the next few days. Out of London, now the national

:00:00. > :00:07.forecast. Good evening. A little bit of mist

:00:08. > :00:12.and fog in the coming few mornings. Apart from that, we are set fair.

:00:13. > :00:15.This high pressure has been drifting in through the day. It will stick

:00:16. > :00:19.around through the week and into the weekend. So the rest of this week

:00:20. > :00:23.looks very good indeed, a lot of dry weather in the forecast. This is

:00:24. > :00:26.what we saw earlier today, a lovely afternoon across England and Wales,

:00:27. > :00:30.lots of sunshine, high level cloud drifting south through the evening.

:00:31. > :00:33.Essentially overnight, many of us dry, with clear skies. Light winds

:00:34. > :00:40.as well that. Combination will lead to the mist and fog forming, mainly

:00:41. > :00:45.across northern and western areas. 10 or 11 in towns and cities. In the

:00:46. > :00:48.countryside temperatures down to three or four degrees. Rural

:00:49. > :00:53.Northern Ireland and rural Scotland could be close to freezing. : In the

:00:54. > :00:57.north of Scotland thicker cloud keeping temperatures up and

:00:58. > :01:00.producing the odd spot of rain. Elsewhere, it's a dry start. Extra

:01:01. > :01:05.cloud for eastern Scotland and England. We have fog patches to

:01:06. > :01:10.contend with. I don't think it will be overly dense. It could be in one

:01:11. > :01:14.or two places. Not too much fog in the south-eastern corner. If you

:01:15. > :01:17.don't see fog through the morning, you should see sunshine. Any fog you

:01:18. > :01:22.see will disperse quickly through the middle of the morning. Then it's

:01:23. > :01:25.a dry and bright today. There will be more cloud developing across the

:01:26. > :01:29.southern half of the UK. Even here, there'll be good spells of sunshine.

:01:30. > :01:36.The winds will be light as well. Head further north and higher level

:01:37. > :01:41.cloud across the tops of the hills here. Warm with the light winds as

:01:42. > :01:45.well. 17 in Glasgow, 21, 22 for Cardiff and London. Into the middle

:01:46. > :01:48.of the week, and the high is still with us. It's drifting further

:01:49. > :01:52.north. The breeze picks up a touch in the south and south-west in

:01:53. > :01:56.particular. It will be a chilly start to the day on Wednesday,

:01:57. > :02:01.again, patches of mist and fog. A fair bit of cloud from the North

:02:02. > :02:04.Sea, probably into the Midlands. Elsewhere, the northern and west

:02:05. > :02:09.doing well with sunshine, 20 degrees in Glasgow. Thursday and Friday, a

:02:10. > :02:12.bit chilly through the morning. In the afternoon, it's dry, variable

:02:13. > :02:17.cloud, good spells of sunshine. In the sunshine it feels pleasantly

:02:18. > :02:20.warm. The rest of this week: High pressure dominates. Mist and fog

:02:21. > :02:22.through the mornings. That clears and in the afternoon, it's dry and

:02:23. > :02:35.bright. more than

:02:36. > :02:40.400 international competitors. No strangers to battle,

:02:41. > :02:44.all have served their country. Prince Harry has challenged them -

:02:45. > :02:48.now they will challenge each other, pushing their bodies to the limit

:02:49. > :02:53.in the quest for glory.
