:00:00. > :00:00.more breezy. Now for the national weather.

:00:00. > :00:11.Good evening. We all know that summer has been a bit extended this

:00:12. > :00:17.year. It has been a very dry and warm month. On the final day of

:00:18. > :00:21.September, we are promised more dry weather once we have lost early

:00:22. > :00:26.morning mist and fog. There will be some rain creeping into western

:00:27. > :00:31.areas. Ahead of that, we have been drawing up big showers from France.

:00:32. > :00:35.A few thunder storms today. Downpours over the north Midlands

:00:36. > :00:41.and north-east England. The showers will go out to the North Sea. Most

:00:42. > :00:47.of us will have a dry night. Misty out there. Not turning cold.

:00:48. > :00:52.Temperatures in towns and cities in the mid-teens. It is not a cold

:00:53. > :00:56.start to Tuesday. Quite grey, mist and fog may take a while to clear.

:00:57. > :01:00.Skies will brighten. For many central and eastern areas a fine

:01:01. > :01:03.day, with spells of sunshine. Damp for Northern Ireland. That weather

:01:04. > :01:07.front approaching. Rain to western Scotland. That will trickle into the

:01:08. > :01:12.far west of Wales and Devon and Cornwall. Ahead of it, much of

:01:13. > :01:16.south-west England, south Wales, dry and warm. The chance of one or two

:01:17. > :01:24.showers grazing south-east England. A fine day. 21-22 Celsius. Another

:01:25. > :01:27.fine day across the Midlands. Patchy rain over Lancashire and Cumbria

:01:28. > :01:31.later in the day. Dull and damp for Northern Ireland

:01:32. > :01:35.and western Scotland. Some brightness over eastern Scotland.

:01:36. > :01:39.Quite a grey start for many on Thursday. It will brighten up over

:01:40. > :01:44.Scotland and Northern Ireland. Some afternoon sunshine here. Two areas

:01:45. > :01:47.of outbreaks of rain. The rain not too heavy. Between

:01:48. > :01:54.there 'll be some brightness. Still warm here. A fresher feel further

:01:55. > :01:58.north. A cold start on Thursday. High pressure promising most of us

:01:59. > :02:03.another fine day. It disappears and here comes the big change, later

:02:04. > :02:06.this week an active cold front, driving its way southwards. The

:02:07. > :02:10.isobars pinching together as well. That front will provide some heavy

:02:11. > :02:18.rain and it is a cold front. It will be bringing a much colder feel. Look

:02:19. > :02:23.how the colours are draining away. So, big changes for the end of the

:02:24. > :02:25.week, turning much, much fresher. We will see the winds picking up as

:02:26. > :02:37.well. We will all see some rain. Alfie Wickers

:02:38. > :02:40.is the baddest teacher. There is no way you would actually

:02:41. > :02:57.put our lives at risk.
