:00:00. > :00:10.Tomasz. So, the weather's going to blow a

:00:11. > :00:15.few cobwebs away in the coming days and maybe a few other things, as

:00:16. > :00:19.well. How stormy is it going to get? For most of us probably not too

:00:20. > :00:25.terrible. It is, however, going to be very nasty across parts of

:00:26. > :00:32.Scotland on Friday. The clouds are racing across the Atlantic and we

:00:33. > :00:34.will see a storm by the time we get to around about Friday and then

:00:35. > :00:37.Friday night. At the moment we have a weather

:00:38. > :00:40.front crossing the country, we have had dreadful weather in the

:00:41. > :00:43.north-west, it was cold and raining in Northern Ireland and western

:00:44. > :00:49.Scotland. This band of rain will be somewhere here by the end of the

:00:50. > :00:53.night. Behind it a shot of cooler air, colder air and frequent

:00:54. > :00:56.showers. This is what Wednesday looks like. Lots of showers around

:00:57. > :01:00.across northern parts of the country, some of them with hail.

:01:01. > :01:04.Maybe even thunder crossing parts of northern England into Wales. Notice

:01:05. > :01:09.that the south is different here. We get a shot of slightly milder air

:01:10. > :01:14.coming in from the south-west, double figure temperatures. To the

:01:15. > :01:18.north some sunshine and showers. Those winds will keep on building

:01:19. > :01:23.through the course of Wednesday and into Thursday. Notice how the skies

:01:24. > :01:28.clear, Thursday morning will not be bad at all across the southern half

:01:29. > :01:32.of the UK for many parts of eastern and southern England, it's going to

:01:33. > :01:39.be the best day of the week, crisp sunshine about and western and

:01:40. > :01:44.northern areas will get the showers. It will feel chilly. The forecast

:01:45. > :01:52.remains a blustery day across northern areas.

:01:53. > :01:57.Then Friday we have storm Barbara. It is going to bring a real blow to

:01:58. > :02:04.north western parts of Scotland, an amber warning in force. How strong

:02:05. > :02:09.will the winds be? Mainly up to 90mph, that's strong and then it

:02:10. > :02:13.will be in exposed areas but also to the south of that, Northern Ireland

:02:14. > :02:17.and northern England could see gusts of 60-70. Christmas Eve into

:02:18. > :02:22.Christmas another storm, that one is more uncertain. We will update you

:02:23. > :02:25.on that one tomorrow. This is the basic message, stay tuned to weather

:02:26. > :02:26.forecasts, especially if you are travelling through northern parts of

:02:27. > :02:28.the British Isles.
