:00:00. > :00:00.from time to time. Staying settled still. Nick has the national

:00:00. > :00:07.forecast this evening. Hello. If you are watching the

:00:08. > :00:11.football earlier it turned out to be an evening for football fans in

:00:12. > :00:16.Lincolnshire. This is how it looked at the start of the day. No idea

:00:17. > :00:20.whether this weather watcher is a football fan, it's a fan of weather

:00:21. > :00:23.that matters here. All sorts of weather, from 13 in Aberdeenshire to

:00:24. > :00:27.two, despite the sunshine in Kent. I wonder if this six in the cloud

:00:28. > :00:31.across the Midlands into northern England and parts of Wales felt

:00:32. > :00:36.colder, particularly in these misty and foggy conditions in this weather

:00:37. > :00:39.watcher view. Some drizzly rain around at times still from the

:00:40. > :00:43.thicker cloud into parts of England and Wales overnight, hill fog too.

:00:44. > :00:47.Cloud for Scotland and Northern Ireland, although a few breaks in

:00:48. > :00:50.eastern Scotland and close to freezing, but the coldest weather

:00:51. > :00:55.overnight is where the skies are clearest, that's parts of the

:00:56. > :00:58.south-east. A hard frost setting in for some in the countryside, already

:00:59. > :01:03.close to minus four in a couple of spots. Minus seven is possible in

:01:04. > :01:07.the morning because this part of the UK is closest to the cold air

:01:08. > :01:11.starting to feed in but that's about as far as it's going to get because

:01:12. > :01:15.most have the air coming from the Atlantic. Mild with plenty of cloud.

:01:16. > :01:18.There is a frost for the Channel Islands and much of south-east

:01:19. > :01:21.England and parts of East Anglia to start tomorrow. It will feel cold

:01:22. > :01:24.even though you don't have a frost in this cloudy zone, into parts of

:01:25. > :01:28.Wales and some in northern England, still damp and drizzly in places and

:01:29. > :01:32.fog patches are possible. A lot of cloud in Northern Ireland, mainly

:01:33. > :01:35.dry and drizzly rain also pushing into the hills of western Scotland.

:01:36. > :01:39.A bit of rain developing into Shetland. For eastern parts of

:01:40. > :01:42.Scotland during the day bright and sunny spells developing and brighter

:01:43. > :01:45.breaks into north-east England. Generally speaking, sunshine will be

:01:46. > :01:48.hard to come by, from thicker cloud you could see some rain. Probably

:01:49. > :01:51.the best of the sunshine into the far south-east of England. Perhaps

:01:52. > :01:54.developing into parts of south-west England. Here temperatures lower

:01:55. > :01:59.compared with elsewhere. Still very mild for the time of year but breezy

:02:00. > :02:03.in northern Scotland. Looks like the clear skies tomorrow evening and

:02:04. > :02:07.night not as extensive across southern most parts of the UK.

:02:08. > :02:11.Plenty of cloud going into Thursday, despite the cloud many places will

:02:12. > :02:14.be dry but again you could encounter patchy rain or drizzle. And little

:02:15. > :02:18.change with high pressure in control for the rest of the week and into

:02:19. > :02:21.the weekend, maybe at the weekend better chance for seeing sunny

:02:22. > :02:25.spells but also catching frost overnight and where you are mild now

:02:26. > :02:26.temperatures come down a few degrees. The forecast for where you

:02:27. > :02:38.are or That I will faithfully execute

:02:39. > :02:42.the Office... And will to the best

:02:43. > :02:45.of my ability... The Constitution

:02:46. > :02:50.of the United States...
