:00:00. > :00:12.Good evening. There is some dramatic weather out there at the moment.

:00:13. > :00:16.Some vicious thunder storms that have pushed into southern parts of

:00:17. > :00:19.the country. Earlier on, we saw some really torrential rain across the

:00:20. > :00:23.south-west, particularly west Cornwall, where we had issues with

:00:24. > :00:27.flooding. Then this evening, storms have developed across some other

:00:28. > :00:33.southern areas of England. One particularly potent storm moved

:00:34. > :00:34.through Southampton, Hampshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire,

:00:35. > :00:37.Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. I think we will

:00:38. > :00:41.have disruption over the next hour. Notice further storms now swarming

:00:42. > :00:46.in the English Channel. That was the lightning for one of our weather

:00:47. > :00:49.watchers in Plymouth today, with further thunder storms tonight and

:00:50. > :00:53.tomorrow morning. There could be travel problems. Tune into BBC local

:00:54. > :00:56.radio, particularly during breakfast tomorrow to keep up to date with any

:00:57. > :01:01.problems in your area. Now these showers and storms as they continue

:01:02. > :01:06.to journey northwards, will be hit-and-miss. If you catch one, you

:01:07. > :01:10.could get a lot of rain in a short space of time. Squally winds across

:01:11. > :01:14.England and Wales, Northern Ireland. Many places avoid them and stay

:01:15. > :01:18.completely dry. Scotland will stay dry all night long. A muggy night as

:01:19. > :01:21.well, particularly in the south. So, tomorrow, quite a messy story. Bands

:01:22. > :01:24.of showers and thunder storms continuing to move northwards.

:01:25. > :01:28.England and Wales dries up and brightens for a time. We see further

:01:29. > :01:33.storms in the west later and more general rain pushing into Northern

:01:34. > :01:38.Ireland. Ahead of the rain out west, there will be some heat and

:01:39. > :01:42.humidity. Across parts of East Anglia, we could get up to 32

:01:43. > :01:46.degrees tomorrow. More cloud further west and really heavy down pours

:01:47. > :01:49.could push in across North Wales, maybe the West Midlands, maybe North

:01:50. > :01:53.West England through the latter part of the afternoon. Scattered thunder

:01:54. > :01:56.storms across Scotland and turning really quite wet across Northern

:01:57. > :02:01.Ireland, as a band of rain pushes its way in from the west. During

:02:02. > :02:05.tomorrow evening, these bands of rain, including some further thunder

:02:06. > :02:08.storms for a time, will journey eastwards and then, as we head into

:02:09. > :02:12.Thursday, things calm down a little bit. There'll be a big change in the

:02:13. > :02:17.feel of the weather. Fresher air rushing in from the Atlantic. A lot

:02:18. > :02:21.of sunshine around, in many places, look at the temperatures, 17 to 22

:02:22. > :02:26.degrees. Way down on where they have been. Through Friday, into the

:02:27. > :02:28.weekend, it will stay much cooler, much fresher. Sunshine and rain at

:02:29. > :02:31.times as well. Changeable for the end of the week.

:02:32. > :02:35.Join us live, and follow the world's wildest animals...

:02:36. > :02:45...across the most challenging of terrains...

:02:46. > :02:52...as they gather for nature's biggest summer feast.
