:00:09. > :00:13.The low comes in and more cloud on Sunday with a bigger chance of

:00:14. > :00:14.seeing one or two showers. Now the National weather picture.

:00:15. > :00:17.We've got some unsettled and showery weather on the cards over the next

:00:18. > :00:20.couple of days. There were some heavy showers earlier today. This

:00:21. > :00:23.was the scene as the sunset in North Wales earlier in the evening. We

:00:24. > :00:27.have low-pressure approaching Wales and the south-west of England. It's

:00:28. > :00:32.heading in. It's going to bring heavy rain across parts of Northern

:00:33. > :00:37.Ireland through the early of Friday. As for the golf, the Open at Royal

:00:38. > :00:41.Birkdale, we have a chance of rain at times in the next couple of days.

:00:42. > :00:44.Windy on Friday. For the rest of the night we have the cloud increasing

:00:45. > :00:47.from the West as the low-pressure moves in, turning wet and windy

:00:48. > :00:51.across Northern Ireland through the early hours of Friday. The heavy

:00:52. > :00:54.rain pushing into western parts of Wales and south-west of England.

:00:55. > :00:58.Further north and east you will more likely to stay largely dry, heading

:00:59. > :01:02.through into the early hours of Friday. Friday morning, 8am, the

:01:03. > :01:06.heaviest of the downpours will be in the Isles of Scilly through towards

:01:07. > :01:09.Pembrokeshire. Some outbreaks of rain in Wales and the south-west of

:01:10. > :01:13.England where it will turn windy. Brighter, drier weather for the

:01:14. > :01:16.south-east of England and East Anglia. Mostly dry start in northern

:01:17. > :01:20.England. Northern Ireland has the heavy rain through the morning, was

:01:21. > :01:24.lying surface water and spray on the roads. Scotland has a better

:01:25. > :01:28.morning. Clear skies with some sunshine. A few blustery showers

:01:29. > :01:31.across the south-west of Scotland. Moving through the day, the

:01:32. > :01:35.low-pressure will be quite slow moving in the West. It means we'll

:01:36. > :01:39.continue to see heavy rain, particularly through parts of Wales,

:01:40. > :01:42.the south-west of England. Windy here, so the culmination of heavy

:01:43. > :01:46.rain and winds mean some disruption to travel. Further north and east,

:01:47. > :01:51.for eastern England and Scotland, a largely dry picture. Into the

:01:52. > :01:54.evening hours, the heaviest showers drift northwards and eastwards

:01:55. > :01:57.through Central parts of the country. With low-pressure not far

:01:58. > :02:00.away it sets the scene through the weekend. Some heavy, blustery

:02:01. > :02:05.showers. There will be some drier and sunny spells. It will not be a

:02:06. > :02:08.wash-out through the weekend. On Saturday, low-pressure towards the

:02:09. > :02:12.south-west, you can see the winds rotating with further scattered

:02:13. > :02:15.heavy showers, perhaps the odd rumble of thunder, and a few more

:02:16. > :02:19.showers creeping northwards and eastwards. Scotland will have the

:02:20. > :02:24.drier weather during Saturday. Relatively cool, 16-21. By Sunday,

:02:25. > :02:27.still low-pressure but this time it's drifting further east. Central

:02:28. > :02:29.and eastern parts of the country seeing some heavy showers. It will

:02:30. > :03:00.be a dry day No-one... ..tells us...

:03:01. > :03:13...what to choose.
