:00:00. > 3:59:59Saturday, start on a reasonable note but there will be wetter weather

:00:00. > :00:00.later. Through Sunday and Monday but there will be wetter weather

:00:00. > :00:00.later. Through Sunday and Monday it looks dry and bright. Here is Darren

:00:00. > :00:11.with the national picture. Not the sort of whether we'd hoped

:00:12. > :00:15.for at this time of year. It's still warm in the sun does come out. This

:00:16. > :00:20.was a weather watcher picture sent from Fife. We seems angry looking

:00:21. > :00:23.clouds today. Here's one of them, it's brought heavy rain, heavy

:00:24. > :00:26.showers. We had some of those earlier today across Scotland,

:00:27. > :00:31.recently they've affected Lincolnshire. In the last few hours

:00:32. > :00:34.across Norfolk and Suffolk. Those storms moving away out into the

:00:35. > :00:37.North Sea. There will be passing showers overnight for England and

:00:38. > :00:40.Wales in the breeze but it is further north where there is a

:00:41. > :00:43.wetter weather arriving in Northern Ireland pushing into Scotland and

:00:44. > :00:47.far north of England. Accompanied by strong and gusty winds. Enough

:00:48. > :00:50.breeze to prevent temperatures falling lower than 12 degrees even

:00:51. > :00:55.though we've got cool air over us at the moment. Bright start for most of

:00:56. > :00:58.England and Wales tomorrow, hazy sunshine before the cloud increases

:00:59. > :01:02.and we see one or two showers ahead of this rain pushing in from the

:01:03. > :01:05.south-west. Further north pretty much stuck with a mixture of

:01:06. > :01:09.sunshine and showers. Scotland and Northern Ireland. Some of those

:01:10. > :01:14.showers will be heavy and Dundry, gusty winds, too, temperatures 17 or

:01:15. > :01:18.18 degrees. -- heavy and thundery. You can see how the cloud has rolled

:01:19. > :01:21.into other parts of England and Wales, thick enough to give some

:01:22. > :01:25.rain, more likely in the afternoon across Wales and the south-west.

:01:26. > :01:30.With luck it will stay dry until the evening session for the cricket at

:01:31. > :01:33.the Oval. England and Wales will all catch rain quickly during the

:01:34. > :01:36.evening, strengthening winds will see the rain developing, could be

:01:37. > :01:40.heavy here and there is specially in Wales. The rain moves through for

:01:41. > :01:43.most areas later in the night but we keep the showers towards the

:01:44. > :01:47.north-west. The one constant over the next few days is this area of

:01:48. > :01:51.low pressure here, it'll have moved away to take the rain clear

:01:52. > :01:54.overnight, but we're left with this Stradling trailing weather system

:01:55. > :01:59.that'll be sitting in the English Channel all day on Saturday which

:02:00. > :02:02.threatens to push rain back again. Across southern parts of England,

:02:03. > :02:05.especially heading into the evening. A good slice of dry weather through

:02:06. > :02:09.Wales from the Midlands, northern England, probably the best day of

:02:10. > :02:13.the weekend here. We're back again to sunshine and showers for Scotland

:02:14. > :02:16.and Northern Ireland. Some very wet weather during the evening and

:02:17. > :02:21.overnight for England and Wales, it's gone by Sunday, then back to

:02:22. > :02:24.square one. Sunshine and showers. Some heavy, frequent showers, a lump

:02:25. > :02:29.under in the West, those will get driven across to the east through

:02:30. > :02:31.the day. The mixture this weekend. Not a
