0:00:07 > 0:00:10Hello once again, the weather is changing overnight for England and

0:00:10 > 0:00:10Wales, a shame because

0:00:10 > 0:00:15Wales, a shame because Wednesday at its best was really rather lovely.

0:00:15 > 0:00:19Last night we were talking about Aurora, this time weather watchers

0:00:19 > 0:00:23have been capturing the full glory of a rather lovely sunset. As I say,

0:00:23 > 0:00:29there is change on the way. Rainy across Northern Ireland and England.

0:00:29 > 0:00:34This failure of cloud will sweep further south. The beauty being here

0:00:34 > 0:00:37to talk to you now is I can tell you recent observations had temperatures

0:00:37 > 0:00:41way lower than this, but as the cloud rolls in, so the temperatures

0:00:41 > 0:00:48will rise. So they are at their lowest now across England and Wales.

0:00:48 > 0:00:52You won't be scraping the car is first up, temperatures will have

0:00:52 > 0:00:54recovered. It won't be a sparkling start of the day across the greater

0:00:54 > 0:01:00part of England and Wales. The odd bit of rain as well. We get up into

0:01:00 > 0:01:03the far north of England, across the border into Scotland and Northern

0:01:03 > 0:01:08Ireland. In the far north of Scotland, through the day, it'll be

0:01:08 > 0:01:12windy. Almost a gale in some places. Copious supply of showers running

0:01:12 > 0:01:16from west to east. Some of those sharp. What news for England and

0:01:16 > 0:01:21Wales? Once the frontal systems take the thickest cloud and rain towards

0:01:21 > 0:01:24the far south-east, brighter skies will move from the north and many

0:01:24 > 0:01:30will benefit from that, save for the far south-east. Not too bad at all.

0:01:30 > 0:01:34We'll do something very similar on Friday, frontal systems getting out

0:01:34 > 0:01:38of the way a good deal faster for Friday, I would have thought. Many

0:01:38 > 0:01:42more of us quickly get into the run of sunny spells and occasional

0:01:42 > 0:01:47showers. This time, it sticks that cloud across the south-west quarter

0:01:47 > 0:01:50and into Northern Ireland where there is rain to finish off Friday.

0:01:50 > 0:01:56It's all tied in with a great wodge of tropical air, which, actually, is

0:01:56 > 0:01:59now showing signs of bringing towards us what was a tropical

0:01:59 > 0:02:04storm, over on the western side of the Atlantic. It's their close by on

0:02:04 > 0:02:07the south of the British Isles for Saturday. Further north we are

0:02:07 > 0:02:11tapping into a reservoir of cold air. The last of the double-figure

0:02:11 > 0:02:15temperatures widely across the southern part of the British Isles

0:02:15 > 0:02:21on Saturday. Armistice Day of course. On Remembrance Sunday, this

0:02:21 > 0:02:24cool, north-westerly. Plenty of the north-westerly, too. The showers

0:02:24 > 0:02:28stream to either side of the British Isles. For many,
