0:00:01 > 0:00:04into the weekend, bitterly cold north-easterly wind.

0:00:05 > 0:00:12Good evening. Storm Eleanor may have passed, but I will explain to you

0:00:12 > 0:00:16that there could be another spell of very windy weather heading our way

0:00:16 > 0:00:20tomorrow, not quite so strong, but significant and up. These are the

0:00:20 > 0:00:26gusts we had from Storm Eleanor, inland areas 76 mph in Sheffield,

0:00:26 > 0:00:32even London itself in excess of 70, trees coming down, nasty disruptive

0:00:32 > 0:00:37storm, and in the north of Scotland some wintry weather. Storm Eleanor

0:00:37 > 0:00:39is across southern parts of Scandinavia, this next developing

0:00:39 > 0:00:44area of low pressure just in the last few hours has been showing

0:00:44 > 0:00:48signs of intensifying a little bit more than we thought a few hours

0:00:48 > 0:00:51ago. So this is what it looks like through the rest of the night, rain

0:00:51 > 0:00:57splashing into many parts of western and southern areas, certainly from

0:00:57 > 0:01:00Northern Ireland into Wales and the South, clearing across many eastern

0:01:00 > 0:01:05and northern areas with a touch of frost in Scotland. But the winds

0:01:05 > 0:01:10will really ramp up from morning onwards across southern areas, so

0:01:10 > 0:01:15gale force winds developing along the coasts and moving inland as

0:01:15 > 0:01:19well, so rough conditions once again out at sea. The rain will have

0:01:19 > 0:01:24cleared by this stage. By that stage, it is a crusties dangly,

0:01:24 > 0:01:27Yorkshire, south-western Scotland, into Northern Ireland as well. The

0:01:27 > 0:01:36far north of Scotland, colder, temperatures barely above freezing.

0:01:36 > 0:01:40A swathe of strong winds through morning, lunchtime, afternoon across

0:01:40 > 0:01:45many parts of Wales and England, could be 60 mph, possibly even

0:01:45 > 0:01:52Englund, stronger than that around the coast. The message tomorrow

0:01:52 > 0:01:57across the western approaches, moving eastwards, more very strong

0:01:57 > 0:02:00winds, stay tuned to the forecasts, there could be more disruption. We

0:02:00 > 0:02:04don't think we will name this storm because it does not meet the

0:02:04 > 0:02:09criteria. On Friday, another area of low pressure bringing unsettled and

0:02:09 > 0:02:13blustery weather, so every day a chance of strong winds but also

0:02:13 > 0:02:20sunshine. Then we change gear completely towards the end of the

0:02:20 > 0:02:25weekend into the weekend, cold winds, really cold winds out of the

0:02:25 > 0:02:28north or Northeast, temperatures barely above freezing, with some

0:02:28 > 0:02:28wintry showers as
