0:00:09 > 0:00:12Whether making news again today after that stormy start of the

0:00:12 > 0:00:16especially across parts of England. The storm is well to the east of us,

0:00:16 > 0:00:20wind is less of an issue, though still a cold one along that cold

0:00:20 > 0:00:24west- north-westerly flow across the UK. Snow rising to prominence once

0:00:24 > 0:00:29again. This is the latest rain- Snow image across the UK, showers coming

0:00:29 > 0:00:31in. Particularly across western Scotland through the night, through

0:00:31 > 0:00:37much of tomorrow, further heavy snow showers at times. Further

0:00:37 > 0:00:41accumulations. Not just in hills, some coming into Northern Ireland,

0:00:41 > 0:00:44some running into the northern Pennines. A fuel rain and hail

0:00:44 > 0:00:49showers into south-west England overnight. Many other places dry,

0:00:49 > 0:00:52frosty, I see of course. A significant hazard. Untreated

0:00:52 > 0:00:57services where there have been showers today. Look at this into the

0:00:57 > 0:00:59morning. Further quite heavy snow showers running into western

0:00:59 > 0:01:04Scotland. We're concerned about prolonged ones into south-west

0:01:04 > 0:01:07Scotland once again. Absolutely be aware of that heading out in the

0:01:07 > 0:01:12morning. For a few hours in the morning, maybe into rush-hour with

0:01:12 > 0:01:16firmer accumulations. Running into Northern Ireland, too. A few into

0:01:16 > 0:01:20north-west England. Some may pop up in Wales, on hills. Rain and hail in

0:01:20 > 0:01:25south-west England. At the Midlands, South East England starting the day

0:01:25 > 0:01:28dry and staying that way with some good sunshine. The heaviest most

0:01:28 > 0:01:34frequent wintry showers are focused towards the north-west of the UK,

0:01:34 > 0:01:36Northern Ireland, especially running into western Scotland through the

0:01:36 > 0:01:40central belt at times. Into much of southern Scotland. Leaving the

0:01:40 > 0:01:43north-east mainly dry. Of course, it's another cold day. Sunshine or

0:01:43 > 0:01:50snow showers if you factor in the wind it feels closer to, even below

0:01:50 > 0:01:53freezing. Gradually those snow showers affecting northern areas

0:01:53 > 0:01:58fade going into Saturday. This across southern parts... Parts of

0:01:58 > 0:02:02Wales and southern England. Not just rain, may be sweet, may be wet snow

0:02:02 > 0:02:06on the hills for a time, before clearing away. Saturday is a much

0:02:06 > 0:02:11quieter day. Dry and sunny for many, but still cold. Trying to turn miles

0:02:11 > 0:02:14on Sunday but pushing rain north-east across the UK, cold air,

0:02:14 > 0:02:17sleet and snow, on the leading edge could be quite heavy and sunspots.

0:02:17 > 0:02:20Be aware of that if you're travelling. It'll turn miles into

0:02:20 > 0:02:25next week behind that system. Saturday mainly dry, wetter, windier

0:02:25 > 0:02:30weather coming back on Sunday before it tends miles. Weather warnings
