0:00:00 > 0:00:02we are expecting will be replaced by something cool yet again. We look

0:00:04 > 0:00:06something cool yet again. We look to an area of high pressure building in

0:00:06 > 0:00:08Scandinavia, those easterly winds will make it feel noticeably colder

0:00:08 > 0:00:11and temperatures look likely to drop down from 14 degrees to sex.

0:00:17 > 0:00:21Storm Felix was battering Spain and Portugal over the weekend with 80

0:00:21 > 0:00:27mph gusts. Since then, the storm has drifted north and at the same time,

0:00:27 > 0:00:31weakened. It reached our shores, more of a damp squib than any

0:00:31 > 0:00:35fireworks but produced enough rain to give some localised flooding,

0:00:35 > 0:00:40particularly to the Midlands and it is still very wet across

0:00:40 > 0:00:43Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, as that low pressure drifts away to the

0:00:43 > 0:00:47near continent. It will eventually take away that wet weather with it,

0:00:47 > 0:00:58but most places become dry overnight, one or two showers coming

0:00:58 > 0:01:00into the West, clear skies following that in Northern Ireland and perhaps

0:01:00 > 0:01:03temperatures low enough for a touch of frost. Tomorrow, a drier day and

0:01:03 > 0:01:05some sunshine on the way, not just across Northern Ireland where it

0:01:05 > 0:01:08will be a lovely day, with sunshine developing in the West of Scotland,

0:01:08 > 0:01:11Wales and the West of England, some bright awesomeness get -- spells

0:01:11 > 0:01:14further east. More cloud at times and there one or two showers, but a

0:01:14 > 0:01:17much drier day than today and with light winds and some sunshine,

0:01:17 > 0:01:22tempered as of ten or 11 degrees, should feel pleasant. Into the

0:01:22 > 0:01:25middle of the week and we have a big area of low pressure to the West.

0:01:25 > 0:01:30Not moving very much, spinning around we have bands of thick cloud

0:01:30 > 0:01:35and outbreaks of rain but we are drawing our air from Iberia,

0:01:35 > 0:01:45southerly wind and milder conditions. In order

0:01:45 > 0:01:46conditions. In order to get some decent temperatures we need sunshine

0:01:46 > 0:01:49and it will be windier on Wednesday and more cloud to the West.

0:01:49 > 0:01:51Gale-force winds around with spells of rain at times. But the central

0:01:51 > 0:01:54and east, dry and bright, sunshine coming through, temperatures into

0:01:54 > 0:02:00double figures and with drier air, temperatures could get up to 14 or

0:02:00 > 0:02:03even 15 degrees. Wednesday could feel more like spring, move things

0:02:03 > 0:02:09on a few days into the weekend, it will feel more like winter. 5

0:02:09 > 0:02:13degrees at best, many places will be quite a bit colder than that. What

0:02:13 > 0:02:18is changing? We will not have those southerly winds, with high pressure

0:02:18 > 0:02:30building across Scandinavia, we'll pick up and
