0:00:03 > 0:00:05It will be very mild indeed. Stay tuned for the national weather.

0:00:12 > 0:00:17Temperatures temperatures have been nudging up. Today rerecorded 13

0:00:17 > 0:00:20Celsius across parts of Northern Ireland. It was a quiet end to the

0:00:20 > 0:00:24day. Here is the sunsetting in Herefordshire earlier on in the

0:00:24 > 0:00:28evening. Tomorrow, not a bad day on the cards. For most of us it will be

0:00:28 > 0:00:31dry. A bit of rain arriving in the afternoon from the west. There will

0:00:31 > 0:00:35be sunshine on offer for many of us as well. A few showers out there

0:00:35 > 0:00:40through the rest of tonight. One or two for eastern England,

0:00:40 > 0:00:44Lincolnshire and East Anglia too. Light rain for the far north-west of

0:00:44 > 0:00:51Scotland. Most places dry. It could be just a slight frost in one or two

0:00:51 > 0:00:54prone spots. Most places will have a frost-free start to the day on

0:00:54 > 0:00:57Thursday. Any early showers will clear from eastern England. The best

0:00:57 > 0:01:01of the sunshine will be for eastern England and eastern Scotland. In the

0:01:01 > 0:01:05sunnier spells here we could see temperatures reaching around 12 or

0:01:05 > 0:01:0813 degrees. Much of England and Wales keeps the dry weather for a

0:01:08 > 0:01:11good part of the day. Rain you can see arrives across Northern Ireland

0:01:11 > 0:01:17and western Scotland later on. That is all courtesy of weather fronts

0:01:17 > 0:01:22moving in from the Atlantic heading west to east across the country into

0:01:22 > 0:01:25Friday. Friday morning we could start with rain in the east. That

0:01:25 > 0:01:29looks like it clears to leave plenty of sunshine, but also really heavy

0:01:29 > 0:01:33showers packing in towards the north-west. The showers will bring

0:01:33 > 0:01:38hail even some snow over the mountains of Scotland. Rain at lower

0:01:38 > 0:01:43levels. South and east you will stay dry through a good part of the day.

0:01:43 > 0:01:46The weekend is not looking too bad. A lot of dry weather. There will be

0:01:46 > 0:01:51showers coming in on that north-westerly wind for the

0:01:51 > 0:01:54north-west of Scotland and Northern Ireland a few showers here. Cloudy

0:01:54 > 0:01:57at first for central and eastern parts of England. We could see a few

0:01:57 > 0:02:04showers. They should clear away. A return to sunnier skies, still those

0:02:04 > 0:02:08showers in the north-west, hail and snow over the mountains. Rain at

0:02:08 > 0:02:10lower levels. Temperatures still just below what we would expect for

0:02:10 > 0:02:14the time of year. It does look like as we head into the second-half of

0:02:14 > 0:02:17the weekend that things should improve. This is Sunday. We have low

0:02:17 > 0:02:22pressure sitting to the north of the UK. A few showers rotating around,

0:02:22 > 0:02:25coming into the north-west of Scotland. Perhaps one or two showers

0:02:25 > 0:02:29filtering in towards the north-west of England. Elsewhere, some dry

0:02:29 > 0:02:32weather and in the sunshine it should feel
