:00:32. > :00:33.Hello this is Breakfast, with Roger Johnson and Rachel

:00:34. > :00:37.It was billed as one of the greatest sporting shows on earth

:00:38. > :00:45.Good morning it's Sunday 27th August.

:00:46. > :00:48.Also ahead, a big shift on Brexit by Labour -

:00:49. > :00:51.the party says it wants the Britain to remain in the single market

:00:52. > :00:54.Texas braces itself for further "catastrophic" flooding

:00:55. > :00:56.as Tropical Storm Harvey sweeps across the state.

:00:57. > :00:58.Strong winds are hampering rescue efforts and thousands

:00:59. > :01:02.In sport - heartbreak for England in the women's rugby

:01:03. > :01:06.There are tears on the pitch after were beaten by New Zealand

:01:07. > :01:26.Good morning. Not a blue sky day for everyone by any means, but most

:01:27. > :01:28.places will be dry. Details on that and the forecast for tomorrow,

:01:29. > :01:37.coming up. Within the past ten minutes, Floyd

:01:38. > :01:41.Mayweather has beaten Conner McGregor after ten rounds in one of

:01:42. > :01:51.the most anticipated oxime doubts of recent years he is now guaranteed at

:01:52. > :01:58.least $100 million. McGregor is assured 30 million. It was the first

:01:59. > :02:03.time the Irish man had boxed professionally. We will go live to

:02:04. > :02:14.Las Vegas in just a minute. Nick has been watching the match

:02:15. > :02:26.and can tell us the latest. How great is this? What we saw there

:02:27. > :02:29.was an incredible, absolute standout from Conner McGregor. Everyone

:02:30. > :02:34.thought he was going to get knocked out in the first couple of rounds.

:02:35. > :02:38.Floyd Mayweather said he was going to knock him out very shortly,

:02:39. > :02:43.incredible, what happened in the end. It lasted for ten rounds. I

:02:44. > :02:48.found the stands incredible, it really upset Mayweather. He did not

:02:49. > :02:59.know what to do. He eventually found his rhythm and reach and prevailed.

:03:00. > :03:01.Our sports news correspondent, Richard Conway, was watching

:03:02. > :03:04.the fight in Las Vegas and joins us from the arena now.

:03:05. > :03:14.Do you think Conner McGregor can come out of this with his head held

:03:15. > :03:24.high? Yes, we are still in the arena here -- Conor. A lot of respect

:03:25. > :03:29.between the two men. It had been expected that Floyd Mayweather would

:03:30. > :03:39.make short work of him. In the first three rounds, Conner McGregor...

:03:40. > :03:44.People were thinking, is there a shock in store on the cards? Floyd

:03:45. > :03:48.Mayweather Jr asserted his dominance and showed why he is one of the

:03:49. > :03:52.greatest defensive boxers of all time. It went on and on through the

:03:53. > :04:00.rounds with Mayweather landing blow after blow. In the ninth round, you

:04:01. > :04:05.could see where we were, the legs had gone, he was wobbling and tired.

:04:06. > :04:11.In the end, you could see that Floyd Mayweather saw his opportunity. The

:04:12. > :04:15.referee stepped in with just over one minute remaining on the clock. A

:04:16. > :04:21.lot of respect between the two men. Floyd Mayweather Jr saying that this

:04:22. > :04:27.will be his last ever contest, no matter what is put in front of him

:04:28. > :04:34.in terms of offers in the future. He retires with 50 winds and no

:04:35. > :04:38.defeats. Conor McGregor walks of a considerably richer man and with the

:04:39. > :04:42.respect of many in the boxing world. That is a key point, you would

:04:43. > :04:50.wonder where this is going to go to next. McGregor leaving it at 50 and

:04:51. > :04:54.zero. Could you see McGregor coming up against another boxer in future?

:04:55. > :05:02.That is one of the questions that remain unanswered at the moment. It

:05:03. > :05:07.is a huge championship, he is used to a mix of martial arts and other

:05:08. > :05:15.fighting. He has dominated two weight divisions. I think that

:05:16. > :05:19.fights with other boxers could well happen given what we have seen in

:05:20. > :05:25.the bring tonight. Many people thought he would lack the requisite

:05:26. > :05:33.skill, but he has shown to be a confident box. It is perhaps his

:05:34. > :05:37.first fight. He held Floyd Mayweather back for quite a few

:05:38. > :05:46.rounds, although he ultimately prove be too much. Mayweather was pretty

:05:47. > :05:50.adamant in the bring, he was sure that this would be his far north act

:05:51. > :05:56.in a career that has lasted over two decades. 50 winds, no defeats. He

:05:57. > :06:04.will go down as one of the great. Thank you, it was an extraordinary

:06:05. > :06:09.performance. Plenty more reaction to that throughout the morning.

:06:10. > :06:12.For the first time, Labour has committed to keeping the UK

:06:13. > :06:15.in the single market and the customs union for a number of years

:06:16. > :06:19.The plan would mean accepting the free movement of labour

:06:20. > :06:22.beyond the official Brexit date of March 2019.

:06:23. > :06:24.Let's get more detail now from our political correspondent,

:06:25. > :06:31.This story emerging this morning, a big shift for Labour? It is

:06:32. > :06:39.certainly a clarification of their position, at least. For some, it is

:06:40. > :06:46.a significant shift, because they have been accused of having an

:06:47. > :06:51.unclear view on Brexit. This morning, they made one thing clear,

:06:52. > :06:55.that Labour would want a transitional period after the UK

:06:56. > :07:02.leads the EU in 2019. During that period, they would keep the UK

:07:03. > :07:08.within the customs union free trade zone, and the single market, which

:07:09. > :07:12.allows the single free movement of goods, money, people and services.

:07:13. > :07:16.How long that period would blast has not instead. As short as possible

:07:17. > :07:22.but as long as necessary. Keeping options open. Keeping those benefits

:07:23. > :07:27.would mean playing by the rules of the EU and, crucially, paying the

:07:28. > :07:32.bill for membership. This might be music to the ears of some within the

:07:33. > :07:36.Labour Party who want the UK to stay within the EU and keep the benefits

:07:37. > :07:41.of membership as long as possible, but Labour voters who voted Will

:07:42. > :07:45.leave may be wondering where this leaves them. I am sure a lot of

:07:46. > :07:49.people have different opinions. Severe flooding is now the main

:07:50. > :07:52.concern of officials in Texas after Tropical Storm Harvey

:07:53. > :07:54.battered the coast. It has left buildings badly damaged

:07:55. > :07:57.and forced people from their homes. Hundreds of thousands of residents

:07:58. > :08:00.are without power and one death has been reported in

:08:01. > :08:02.the city of Rockport. CBS News reporter Weijia Jiang

:08:03. > :08:15.is in Corpus Christi for us this Still pretty dark at the moment, no

:08:16. > :08:20.power around. It looks a bit more calm than yesterday, how are

:08:21. > :08:26.conditions? It is much more calm, but much of the city of Corpus

:08:27. > :08:32.Christi remains in the dark because of those winds, they brought down so

:08:33. > :08:36.many powerlines. The one behind me was snapped into pieces. As we drove

:08:37. > :08:42.around the city today, we saw a lot of debris, palm trees, light posts

:08:43. > :08:48.down on top of the roads. Frankly, that is not anything compared to

:08:49. > :08:56.what we saw 30 miles from here in rock port, it took the brunt of the

:08:57. > :08:59.impact when Harvey came ashore. Homes and businesses were totally

:09:00. > :09:07.flattened. They are struggling to rebuild, rescue crews have not

:09:08. > :09:13.gotten into some areas. Houston, about 250 miles from where we are, a

:09:14. > :09:17.second death has been confirmed as a result of Harvey because of extreme

:09:18. > :09:22.flooding. Officials say that a woman was trapped in her car, she got out

:09:23. > :09:26.but eventually drowned. The rating is just beginning. That is the

:09:27. > :09:30.problem, the rain is not going anywhere. It is just hanging out

:09:31. > :09:35.above Texas. As officials monitor the rain, officials around these

:09:36. > :09:40.parts are trying to clean up from all the wind. It could get even

:09:41. > :09:45.worse if this system circles back to this area, which is a possibility.

:09:46. > :09:50.We have been looking at pictures of some of the damage, tell us about

:09:51. > :09:57.the rain? That was a real concern, we are expecting water levels to be

:09:58. > :10:01.going up. Is it raining heavily? Right here, it is not. Throughout

:10:02. > :10:07.the day, it came and went, the same in Rockport. It had had a rain than

:10:08. > :10:12.what we experienced hearing Corpus Christi. The concern is around the

:10:13. > :10:18.Houston area. Officials say rain is falling now at about 5-6 inches per

:10:19. > :10:23.hour. They believe that it is going to carry on throughout the overnight

:10:24. > :10:28.hours. The message from the mayor is, stay put. Do not leave the house

:10:29. > :10:33.for any reason, they are describing the conditions outside as

:10:34. > :10:40.catastrophic. A warning that cannot be taken lightly, given that they

:10:41. > :10:43.have just confirmed a second death related to Harvey. Thank you very

:10:44. > :10:45.much. The victims of the Grenfell Tower

:10:46. > :10:48.tragedy will be remembered with a minute's silence this

:10:49. > :10:51.afternoon at the Notting Hill Security for the event has also been

:10:52. > :11:12.reviewed in the wake The Carnival is getting under way.

:11:13. > :11:17.More than 1 million people are expected to fog to the streets of

:11:18. > :11:21.west London over the next two days. Amid the revelry, there will be time

:11:22. > :11:25.to reflect on the grand Falcao a disaster. The ruins of the building

:11:26. > :11:34.still dominate this community. We have survivors coming in, it showers

:11:35. > :11:41.that there is peace and healing for the survivors -- Grenfell Tower.

:11:42. > :11:47.Posters and banners are being made to remember those who died. Police

:11:48. > :11:51.will make sure people keep a respectful distance from the tower.

:11:52. > :11:57.The carnival will be a huge security operation with steel barriers and

:11:58. > :12:01.concrete blocks in stalled. Given the events in Barcelona last week,

:12:02. > :12:11.we have reviewed our plans and security arrangements for the

:12:12. > :12:15.carnival. We believe that we will be highly successful at thwarting any

:12:16. > :12:19.attempts of anything that could compromise a safe and secure

:12:20. > :12:25.carnival. More than 600 people have been arrested in a crackdown on

:12:26. > :12:29.crime ahead of the carnival. Weapons have been seized and officers have

:12:30. > :12:33.kids to test for acid. Police say they are determined that people will

:12:34. > :12:37.be able to enjoy the carnival safely, an event that is being seen

:12:38. > :12:44.as a chance to help the community heal.

:12:45. > :12:55.We can see a police officer behind you, there will be lots of police on

:12:56. > :13:01.duty today? Yes, there is a big security operation going on. A lot

:13:02. > :13:06.of woollies are around the area. One on the barrier here. Over here, you

:13:07. > :13:09.can see people arriving for the carnival even though it does not

:13:10. > :13:14.kick off for another three hours or so. Over here, some properties have

:13:15. > :13:19.in boarded-up to protect the gardens. We have some graffiti over

:13:20. > :13:25.here saying, people mocked profit. That will very much be a theme of

:13:26. > :13:29.the carnival today. It starts at around 9:15 a.m., it is going to be

:13:30. > :13:33.an earlier start than normal. That is because there is going to be a

:13:34. > :13:38.commemoration for those who lost their lives in the tragedy. At three

:13:39. > :13:42.o'clock, there is going to be one minutes' silence. People will be

:13:43. > :13:47.asked to turn off their music completely, and to observe that

:13:48. > :13:50.silence. For the organisers, I think it is pretty much a balancing act.

:13:51. > :13:56.They want that act of remembrance, but they also want people to come in

:13:57. > :14:00.and have a good time. People are arriving this morning determined to

:14:01. > :14:05.have fun. It will also be a balancing act for police, they want

:14:06. > :14:12.to be safe and enjoy themselves but also make sure that things passed

:14:13. > :14:16.off peacefully. Good spirits today, around 1 million people are

:14:17. > :14:23.expected. This is going to be a huge event. Thank you very much. Probably

:14:24. > :14:25.a few people wishing that the music wasn't going on quite so loudly at

:14:26. > :14:33.that time of day. Three minibus passengers including

:14:34. > :14:36.a 5-year-old girl remain seriously ill in hospital, after yesterday's

:14:37. > :14:39.crash on the M1, in which eight Two lorry drivers are being

:14:40. > :14:43.questioned on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving

:14:44. > :14:48.and are in police custody. New cars will have to pass rigorous

:14:49. > :14:52.road emissions tests before The tougher rules are being brought

:14:53. > :14:56.in across the European Union as concern over the harmful effects

:14:57. > :14:59.of nitrogen oxide has grown A Government testing programme found

:15:00. > :15:04.that modern diesel cars emit 6 times more nitrogen oxide in the real

:15:05. > :15:13.world than in the lab. A bit more about that later in the

:15:14. > :15:20.programme. Time to catch up with the weather. Pride in Manchester,

:15:21. > :15:27.Notting Hill Carnival in London. Lots of events taking place.

:15:28. > :15:38.These are the things yesterday. Some of you will get things again late

:15:39. > :15:42.yesterday. There will be some cloud. When the sun comes out, it will feel

:15:43. > :15:46.warm once again. Across southern parts of England, a bit more cloud

:15:47. > :15:52.around. That is producing the odd isolated spot or two of the frame.

:15:53. > :15:57.Low cloud in parts of north-west England. It may threaten some

:15:58. > :16:04.drizzle. For Scotland and Northern Ireland, fair amount of cloud today.

:16:05. > :16:09.The cloud will come and go for North and West Wales. Still some sunshine.

:16:10. > :16:12.Temperatures into the 20s. Further south, the cloud breaking up and

:16:13. > :16:18.into the afternoon, increasingly warm. If you are heading off to one

:16:19. > :16:25.of our events including the cricket, it should stay dry. The fast

:16:26. > :16:33.majority. A bit more cloud developing through Monday. You

:16:34. > :16:39.mentioned Notting Hill Carnival, about breaking up. Tomorrow, even

:16:40. > :16:42.hotter. Tonight, she rain or drizzle. North-west England and

:16:43. > :16:49.Northwest Wales. Quite misty over the hills. Strengthening winds.

:16:50. > :16:57.Which of England and Wales will be dry. Some might unite to take us

:16:58. > :17:01.into Monday. Bank holiday for many of you. High pressure will be your

:17:02. > :17:05.friend. Further north, weather fronts pushing in and that will

:17:06. > :17:09.bring a different story to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Some sunshine

:17:10. > :17:17.to the east of the high ground. The odd heavy burst of rain pushing into

:17:18. > :17:22.the West. Sony breaks and further south-east Anglia and south-east

:17:23. > :17:26.Wales, this is where we will see the clearest of the skies and the

:17:27. > :17:32.highest of the temperatures. We could have the warmest August day so

:17:33. > :17:37.far this month. Things turn a little bit more cool and fresh into next

:17:38. > :17:39.week. A few showers around but a lot of dry weather as well. More updates

:17:40. > :17:45.throughout the morning. Now it's time for the Film Review

:17:46. > :17:48.with Mark Kermode and Julian Hello and welcome to

:17:49. > :18:05.the Film Review on BBC News. To take us through this week's

:18:06. > :18:08.cinema releases is Mark Kermode. We have Detroit, which is

:18:09. > :18:18.the new movie by Kathryn Bigelow. We have Logan Lucky,

:18:19. > :18:20.which I keep wanting to call Lucky Logan because it looks

:18:21. > :18:23.like the look words And Tom Cruise is back doing

:18:24. > :18:32.what he does best in American Made. I'm glad you've got a Logan Lucky

:18:33. > :18:36.issue because I have as well. Detroit, I've seen many

:18:37. > :18:42.rave reviews already. I'm a big fan of Kathryn Bigelow

:18:43. > :18:46.who won an Oscar for The Hurt Locker The film is set in 1967

:18:47. > :18:56.in the Detroit riots, It begins with a broad canvas

:18:57. > :18:59.and the film slowly focuses At the beginning, a speak easy

:19:00. > :19:04.is raided, rioting breaks out, the state troopers and national

:19:05. > :19:06.guardsmen are sent in, We then follow a particular

:19:07. > :19:12.character played by a musician who is denied his moment

:19:13. > :19:14.in the spotlight because He takes refuge

:19:15. > :19:24.in the Algiers Motel. The police then discend

:19:25. > :19:27.on the motel where they believe The police are led by

:19:28. > :19:30.a character called Krause Who is described by writer Mark Boal

:19:31. > :19:39.as a character who is inspired by the recorded deeds of a Detroit

:19:40. > :19:42.policeman, although he is Meanwhile John Boyega

:19:43. > :19:46.who is such a brilliant actor, is a security guard who finds

:19:47. > :19:48.himself in the middle He's somebody who is distrusted

:19:49. > :19:53.by both sides and attempts to make I'm with United Security,

:19:54. > :20:01.I'm guarding that grocery Hey, all things considered,

:20:02. > :20:16.this is pretty good. You can see from the clip the film

:20:17. > :20:31.is shot with that very, sort of, Barry Ackroyd is a brilliant

:20:32. > :20:33.cinematographer. He's done what Bigelow

:20:34. > :20:35.has done before. Turning fact and fiction,

:20:36. > :20:37.working with Mark Boal, turning something into a drama based

:20:38. > :20:40.on real life but there's The film narrows its focus down

:20:41. > :20:45.until it gets to a single corridor of the Algiers Motel where this

:20:46. > :20:47.terrifying interrogation and worse takes place under the auspices

:20:48. > :20:52.of this cop played by Will Poulter. The thing I like about this is that

:20:53. > :20:55.Kathryn Bigelow is extremely dextrous and the movie seems to move

:20:56. > :20:58.through different genres. It starts off as a social document

:20:59. > :21:01.then moves into something almost a musical at one point,

:21:02. > :21:04.when it is in the hotel it Some people have taken issue

:21:05. > :21:08.with this but you remember Kathryn Bigelow directed Near Dark,

:21:09. > :21:11.which is a vampire Western. I think it's a brilliant

:21:12. > :21:23.horror movie. And later it becomes

:21:24. > :21:25.a courtroom drama. I think those shifts

:21:26. > :21:34.are its strength. Its greatest strength,

:21:35. > :21:37.beyond the way it's put together, the brilliant editing job

:21:38. > :21:40.which leads you through it... It's like jostling through a crowd

:21:41. > :21:43.of people, different stories, different genres, until we're

:21:44. > :21:44.finally focusing But it's the performances

:21:45. > :21:47.that carry it. John Boyega is brilliant,

:21:48. > :21:50.he has a way of telegraphing really strong emotions through the tiniest

:21:51. > :21:52.of facial expressions. He plays a character which has

:21:53. > :21:56.a malevolence hidden under It's a tightrope that

:21:57. > :21:59.could easily fall over The experience was

:22:00. > :22:02.thoroughly immersive. It's often terrifying

:22:03. > :22:05.and Kathryn Bigelow It's an urgent film,

:22:06. > :22:09.despite it having a period setting, Steven Soderbergh is back

:22:10. > :22:33.and it's a heist movie. It self-described in one moment

:22:34. > :22:35.of dialogue as Ocean's 7-11. Channing Tatum is the mastermind

:22:36. > :22:38.behind this plan to rob the Charlotte Motor Speedway

:22:39. > :22:40.during the Coca Cola 600. He was going to carry out this heist

:22:41. > :22:47.with his brother Adam Driver. It's a heist caper movie,

:22:48. > :22:49.so it's an impossible But they have figured out a way to

:22:50. > :22:57.do it with tunnels under the track. And getting this guy, Joe Bang,

:22:58. > :23:00.who is an explosives expert Looking for all the world

:23:01. > :23:04.like a beefy Jean-Paul Gauthier. Getting him out of prison to do

:23:05. > :23:09.the job, then getting It's written by Rebecca Blunt

:23:10. > :23:13.who nobody has heard of before, and some people have taken it to be

:23:14. > :23:17.a nom de plume for the director. But they say no, it's

:23:18. > :23:19.someone we've heard before. There is a certain amount of satire,

:23:20. > :23:22.some American flag-waving for Memorial Day, and there's a line

:23:23. > :23:25.in it one person says, "NASCAR is like America,

:23:26. > :23:28.you're making us harm America". But the fact is all that satire

:23:29. > :23:31.is very much like NASCAR, it goes I enjoyed it, it's fun,

:23:32. > :23:36.it's flippant and flimsy. I have a sense you thought about it

:23:37. > :23:43.deeply since you saw it. I have to say, after I finished

:23:44. > :23:47.smiling my way through the movie, I moved to the next

:23:48. > :23:49.thing pretty swiftly. The fact is, it's not easy to make

:23:50. > :23:53.a film that is fun and flippant. There are enough bad movies out

:23:54. > :23:56.there trying to do that. Take us to Tom Cruise

:23:57. > :24:00.and American Made. The thing that Tom Cruise

:24:01. > :24:02.does best is flying, wearing aviator shades and smiling

:24:03. > :24:05.in a way that says, It's inspired by a real life story

:24:06. > :24:12.and some is true and not true. A TWA pilot, who became a drugs

:24:13. > :24:15.and arms smuggler claimed Ended up providing

:24:16. > :24:18.evidence for the DEA. He is recruited by a mysterious

:24:19. > :24:20.shadowy figure played by Donald Gleeson, who never puts

:24:21. > :24:23.a foot wrong. He says I know you are smuggling

:24:24. > :24:26.cigars, and you need You'd run the company

:24:27. > :25:00.but after hours you can work for us. So anyone finds out about it,

:25:01. > :25:05.family, friends, even Lucy. If you're doing it for

:25:06. > :25:18.the good guys, yeah. But there's a lovely moment

:25:19. > :25:28.of threat there when Donal Gleeson What then happens is,

:25:29. > :25:40.he starts off allegedly working for the CIA filming the Communist

:25:41. > :25:43.insurgents, then gets mixed up with Pablo Escobar,

:25:44. > :25:45.flying cocaine to the US, The whole thing has

:25:46. > :25:50.a chaotic momentum. Meanwhile, money is

:25:51. > :25:52.piling up everywhere. So much so they don't have

:25:53. > :25:55.anywhere to put it anymore. It reminded me of a lot of films,

:25:56. > :25:59.things like Air America, War Dogs, The latter is a much more

:26:00. > :26:04.substantial movie which bears up It has that accelerating pace

:26:05. > :26:07.of something like Goodfellas, If you think of things

:26:08. > :26:12.like The Mummy and think, Did I think a character was ever

:26:13. > :26:22.properly three-dimensional? It's a movie that seems to be based

:26:23. > :26:33.around an understanding of, there is a thing that

:26:34. > :26:35.Tom Cruise does. You can like or dislike Tom Cruise,

:26:36. > :26:39.but there is a thing he does That big slightly crazy smile

:26:40. > :26:43.and you buy into it. Again, I thought

:26:44. > :26:45.it was enjoyable fun. Detroit is a movie with such

:26:46. > :26:49.substance and so much going for it, and in the case of American Made

:26:50. > :26:52.and Logan Lucky, not Lucky Logan, they are fun but they won't stick

:26:53. > :26:56.in the mind like Detroit will. One that will stick

:26:57. > :26:58.in the mind is the one You need to see it

:26:59. > :27:06.in IMAX if possible. It is an overwhelming experience,

:27:07. > :27:09.it's Christopher Nolan. The interesting thing

:27:10. > :27:23.is, it's very complex. It is three time structures,

:27:24. > :27:26.one week, one day, one hour. If you have been a fan

:27:27. > :27:29.of Nolan since Memento, you know he's interested

:27:30. > :27:31.in travelling time. I've seen it twice now and both

:27:32. > :27:41.times, the end of the screening, People have literally

:27:42. > :27:44.been like that. That's a testament

:27:45. > :27:46.to how powerful it is. But see it on the biggest

:27:47. > :27:48.screen possible. Florence Pugh is brilliant in this

:27:49. > :27:57.adaptation of the story. The tale of a woman

:27:58. > :28:01.who refuses to confirm, refuses to be down-trodden,

:28:02. > :28:03.is vilified by society That sounds like something only

:28:04. > :28:10.a film critic would say but believe me, it's the film

:28:11. > :28:14.you watch with your ears and it's A quick reminder before we go that

:28:28. > :30:06.with Roger Johnson and Rachel Coming up before seven,

:30:07. > :30:15.Matt will bring you the weather But first, a summary of this

:30:16. > :30:30.morning's main news. In the last hour, Floyd Mayweather

:30:31. > :30:33.has beaten Ireland's Conor McGregor after 10 rounds in one

:30:34. > :30:36.of the much-anticipated boxing bouts 40-year-old Mayweather

:30:37. > :30:46.who came out of retirement, is guaranteed at least $100

:30:47. > :30:54.million from the fight with McGregor assured

:30:55. > :30:56.of $30 million. McGregor had never boxed

:30:57. > :30:57.professionally before. We will have more

:30:58. > :30:59.reaction in a moment. For the first time Labour has

:31:00. > :31:02.committed to keeping the UK in the single market and the customs

:31:03. > :31:06.union for a number of years The proposal would mean accepting

:31:07. > :31:10.the free movement of labour beyond the official Brexit

:31:11. > :31:12.date of March 2019. Severe flooding is now the main

:31:13. > :31:15.concern of officials in Texas after Tropical Story Harvey

:31:22. > :31:38.town of Rockport. The victims of the Grenfell Tower

:31:39. > :31:41.tragedy will be remembered at this Hundreds of thousands of revellers

:31:42. > :31:45.along the route are expected to pause and observe a minute's

:31:46. > :31:48.silence to mark the tragedy. Security for the event has been

:31:49. > :31:51.reviewed in the wake More than a million people

:31:52. > :32:00.are expected to take to the streets Given the events of Barcelona last

:32:01. > :32:03.week, we have reviewed our plans and security arrangements for carnival.

:32:04. > :32:05.We believe that they are proportionate and robust and highly

:32:06. > :32:07.effective at thwarting any attempts that could compromise a safe and

:32:08. > :32:10.secure carnival. Three minibus passengers including

:32:11. > :32:12.a 5-year-old girl remain seriously ill in hospital, after yesterday's

:32:13. > :32:15.crash on the M1, in which eight Two lorry drivers are being

:32:16. > :32:19.questioned on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving

:32:20. > :32:22.and are in police custody. New cars will have to pass rigorous

:32:23. > :32:25.road emissions tests before The tougher rules are being brought

:32:26. > :32:29.in across the European Union as concern over the harmful effects

:32:30. > :32:32.of nitrogen oxide has grown A Government testing programme found

:32:33. > :32:37.that modern diesel cars emit 6 times more nitrogen oxide in the real

:32:38. > :32:51.world than in the lab. Now, I know we are going to talk

:32:52. > :32:55.about the boxing, but I just wanted to bring up the heroic performance

:32:56. > :33:01.from the English women's rugby team. A fantastic front-page here.

:33:02. > :33:09.Clearly, they were not going to have the fight in time for their papers,

:33:10. > :33:13.but it really sums it up. It was so frustrating, but what a brilliant

:33:14. > :33:18.game it was. End to end for about 70 minute before New Zealand showed

:33:19. > :33:23.their prowess. They are the number one team in the world at the moment.

:33:24. > :33:31.England were defending that cup titles from three years ago. Fitness

:33:32. > :33:35.prevailed in the end, you could see the English girls getting tired.

:33:36. > :33:42.That is interesting to pick up on, you are going to start with boxing

:33:43. > :33:48.and that maybe what happened with Conor McGregor as well? What

:33:49. > :33:54.happened. We saw at the start that McGregor had a bigger size, digger

:33:55. > :33:58.reach, all the commentators were astounded by how big he was. They

:33:59. > :34:02.were talking about how much fluid he had in his body after the weigh in.

:34:03. > :34:07.He must have let himself eat as much as he wanted, he looked really big

:34:08. > :34:12.and in control. I have got the scorecard hot off the press. This

:34:13. > :34:21.award is the first two rounds to Conor McGregor, that is how we saw

:34:22. > :34:25.it as well. All of the judges giving 10s to Floyd Mayweather. That is

:34:26. > :34:28.what the judges ultimately determined, he would have always

:34:29. > :34:35.been ahead on points until the 10th round. Of course, none of us are

:34:36. > :34:40.experts, even though that is how we saw it. McGregor was coming forward

:34:41. > :34:49.a bit, Mayweather had never seen him box like that before, didn't know

:34:50. > :34:55.what to expect. And on orthodox stance. Taking out his weapons at

:34:56. > :34:59.the kick. He didn't know what to do, but at the same time, he had some

:35:00. > :35:04.speed at the start. It through Mayweather until he could come

:35:05. > :35:08.through and show the defence that is ultimately his strong point.

:35:09. > :35:11.England's women were beaten by New Zealand in the final

:35:12. > :35:18.England - who were the title holders - lost 41 points to 32 in Belfast.

:35:19. > :35:33.It was a contest that will go down as a classic, although that won't

:35:34. > :35:38.stand the tears. It was the fourth time England have lost a World Cup

:35:39. > :35:43.far north to New Zealand. We put a huge amount of pressure on

:35:44. > :35:48.ourselves, expectation and that. We pulled up short today and it will be

:35:49. > :35:55.hard to get over. It took just seven minutes for New Zealand to click

:35:56. > :35:59.into gear. Going from zero to the goal line in very little time. A

:36:00. > :36:05.penalty try was followed by something more expensive, punching

:36:06. > :36:09.through the New Zealand defence. The match Swan, England tried to wrestle

:36:10. > :36:18.control. Then, Thompson managed this. The far north is living up to

:36:19. > :36:25.the hope. With 20 minutes to go, New Zealand showed what they are famous

:36:26. > :36:31.for. There was no stopping them. New Zealand on top of the world for a

:36:32. > :36:35.fifth time England. 'S rain as champions is over in devastating

:36:36. > :36:40.style. It may not be much consolation right now, but they did

:36:41. > :37:01.contribute to a thrilling far north -- England's. -- reign.

:37:02. > :37:04.England have it all to do in the second Test against

:37:05. > :37:07.They'll start day three, 71 runs behind, with the visitors

:37:08. > :37:19.Hull FC won rugby league's Challenge Cup for the second

:37:20. > :37:22.consecutive season after a dramatic 18-14 victory over Wigan.

:37:23. > :37:25.In a tight and tense match at Wembley, Hull just managed

:37:26. > :37:28.to keep ahead thanks to two tries from the Tongan winger Mahe Fonua

:37:29. > :37:30.and the kicking from man-of-the match Mark Sneyd.

:37:31. > :37:32.Manchester United have maintained their perfect start

:37:33. > :37:37.It's now three wins out of three and ten goals without conceding

:37:38. > :37:44.Not for the first time, Schmeichel will like being a hero at Old

:37:45. > :37:47.Trafford. But Jose Mourinho is as widely as the foxes. Substitutes

:37:48. > :37:50.changed his fortunes. Last season, united won their opening three

:37:51. > :37:53.matches but could only finish sixth. The special one is not getting

:37:54. > :38:00.carried away yet. Step-by-step, my contract is three seasons. Let's see

:38:01. > :38:05.if we manage to improve the club and the team. Manchester City kept in

:38:06. > :38:11.touch with their neighbours, but they had win over Bournmouth came to

:38:12. > :38:16.prize. Raheem Sterling was sent off after celebrating and will miss

:38:17. > :38:20.their next match against Liverpool. Brighton's first point in the

:38:21. > :38:27.Premier League is likely to be remembered by this foul. It left

:38:28. > :38:32.Watford down to ten men for more than one hour. The visitors were not

:38:33. > :38:41.able to take advantage. Crystal Palace tried to play like Ajax, but

:38:42. > :38:48.Swansea saw their third straight defeat. Joe Hart shored up the

:38:49. > :38:54.defence. Newcastle put three past the English number one. He has been

:38:55. > :39:03.beaten ten times in three games, leaving the Hammers rock bottom.

:39:04. > :39:11.A bit of a surprise as Celtic were held to a draw at home. There were

:39:12. > :39:13.wins for Motherwell and Aberdeen. England have it all to do

:39:14. > :39:16.in the second Test against They'll start day three,

:39:17. > :39:20.71 runs behind, with the visitors Day two belonged to the West Indies

:39:21. > :39:24.as Kraigg Brathwaite and Shai Hope England went nearly six hours

:39:25. > :39:28.without taking a wicket. Stuart Broad dismissed Brathwaite

:39:29. > :39:49.and Ben Stokes took a late wicket It was a strange day for us. I

:39:50. > :39:53.thought we started well, conditions this morning with the cloud cover

:39:54. > :39:57.and the floodlights, it was moving around quite a bit. When the sun

:39:58. > :40:02.came out, the pitch got a bit slower. I guess we bowled well in

:40:03. > :40:06.patches. We put some things in the right area, but we were not

:40:07. > :40:11.consistent enough. Too many balls for them to release the pressure.

:40:12. > :40:13.The two guys who got centuries batted really well.

:40:14. > :40:16.Lewis Hamilton will start from pole for this afternoon's

:40:17. > :40:18.Belgian Grand Prix after smashing the lap record at Spa.

:40:19. > :40:21.It's the first race back from the summer break,

:40:22. > :40:24.but the three time world champion was quickly into his groove,

:40:25. > :40:25.pipping championship leader Sebastian Vettel who'll

:40:26. > :40:29.It's the 68th pole of Hamilton's career, equalling the all-time

:40:30. > :40:33.Britain's Chris Froome has extended his lead on the eighth

:40:34. > :40:38.The 4-time Tour de France champion showed he's still in great shape

:40:39. > :40:41.attacking his main rivals on the final climb of the day three

:40:42. > :40:45.Frenchman Julian Alaphillipe took the stage win, but Froome won't have

:40:46. > :40:50.minded as his advantage grew to 28 seconds.

:40:51. > :40:53.And finally, Andy Murray will miss tennis' final grand slam

:40:54. > :41:01.of the year, the US Open, after withdrawing through injury.

:41:02. > :41:04.He's struggled with his hip and hasn't played since Wimbledon

:41:05. > :41:07.last month, but said it's too sore to win the tournament,

:41:08. > :41:11.It's the first time Murray has withdrawn from a Grand Slam for more

:41:12. > :41:21.Very distressing, he broke down in the press conference telling the

:41:22. > :41:30.media what is happening. Some argue whether he should have travelled all

:41:31. > :41:40.the way over. A number of weeks off, after Wimbledon, I spoke to a lot of

:41:41. > :41:46.hip specialists, tried breast and rehabilitation to try and get myself

:41:47. > :41:54.ready, I was progressing OK the last few days, but it's to soar for me to

:41:55. > :42:02.win the tournament. Ultimately, that is what I was here to try and do.

:42:03. > :42:03.Whether surgery is an option is the next step.

:42:25. > :42:29.They are among 300 thousand people left without any electricity.

:42:30. > :42:40.Good morning, thank you for your time. How are things they are at the

:42:41. > :42:46.moment? -- there. They are a bit more calm, not as chaotic as they

:42:47. > :42:52.were last night. We had about 90 mph winds over the house. There was some

:42:53. > :43:00.rain creeping around the corner for us. That was later in the evening.

:43:01. > :43:05.It was happening as we were falling asleep that the raids would come

:43:06. > :43:11.back. We have been waiting for that to happen, so we were prepared for

:43:12. > :43:18.anything. Can you tell us where you are, who is with you, how you have

:43:19. > :43:23.spent the last 24 hours? I am at a house with my wife and

:43:24. > :43:29.brother-in-law, who is a medic and firefighter. We have been in this

:43:30. > :43:37.house for at least... We are just outside of Corpus Christi, we have

:43:38. > :43:48.been without power now going on... More than 24 hours. We have got a

:43:49. > :43:58.generator, we have plenty of water. There are some places that have more

:43:59. > :44:03.services than we have, about 15 minutes away. I have some friends

:44:04. > :44:09.who are currently looking for new housing because they can't come back

:44:10. > :44:17.to their home. We are looking at pictures of the area at the moment.

:44:18. > :44:21.Do you know what the area around you is like? Have you ventured out at

:44:22. > :44:29.all? We have a little bit, immediately around us, we are very

:44:30. > :44:36.sound. The trees that have broken down and things like that are safe,

:44:37. > :44:42.but within 15 minutes, houses have reached that have come off, you go

:44:43. > :44:53.another 45 minutes and that is just... Devastation, people who have

:44:54. > :44:58.lost their homes. It is underwater. Talking about Rockport in those

:44:59. > :45:06.areas, our friends don't have homes any more. That is tragic and it must

:45:07. > :45:19.be extremely frightening. Thank you for talking to us. Stay safe. That

:45:20. > :45:20.was regarding tropical storm Harvey, affecting Texas and the east coast.

:45:21. > :45:35.Time to look at the weather. I think the worst might be over. The

:45:36. > :45:40.maximum wind strength we has is 50 mph. Here is the radar picture from

:45:41. > :45:47.the last 12 hours. You have spokes of heavy rain. Bright colours

:45:48. > :45:53.circling around. The worst of the weather is the North and east of

:45:54. > :46:02.Corpus Christi. Relentless rain here over the past 24 hours. Still up to

:46:03. > :46:07.one metre's worth of rain. Always true to even Wednesday. The national

:46:08. > :46:17.weather service in the United States is still warning of catastrophic

:46:18. > :46:23.flooding. Not great. Let's head back to our weather because we have

:46:24. > :46:27.things much, much quieter. A lovely start to the day. Here is the view

:46:28. > :46:32.from one of our Weather Watcher is in double cheer. It is shaping up to

:46:33. > :46:41.be a dry day for most across the country. The odd spot of rain. Most

:46:42. > :46:46.will be dry. Some light rain or drizzle will be brought to the

:46:47. > :46:50.hills. Any sunshine it you see will be a bit on the hazy side and there

:46:51. > :46:59.could be some drizzle on the hills. Dry today. Warmest of the further

:47:00. > :47:06.south you are. With some sunny spells, you will feel warm here at

:47:07. > :47:11.Headingley. There will be more cloud later in the day. We may have clear

:47:12. > :47:17.blue skies taking us into this afternoon and from Monday.

:47:18. > :47:22.Temperatures up to 28 degrees. A bit more cloud through tomorrow. Into

:47:23. > :47:27.tonight, to get us to tomorrow, cloud increased. Outbreaks of rain

:47:28. > :47:35.bit heavy at times for the North of Scotland. North-west England.

:47:36. > :47:39.Temperatures in the mid teens. Bank holiday for the vast majority. Where

:47:40. > :47:44.you are under the high pressure, that is your friend. Keeping things

:47:45. > :47:49.dry. The exception in parts of Northern Ireland. You will see

:47:50. > :47:54.strengthening breeze. A bit of sunshine. It went to be a completely

:47:55. > :48:03.wet day. For northern England, North and West Wales, you will have some

:48:04. > :48:08.sunny spells. Southern parts of England is where we will see the

:48:09. > :48:12.hottest of the weather. 82 Fahrenheit by the end of the

:48:13. > :48:17.afternoon. It is from thereon, it gets a bit fresher into next week. A

:48:18. > :48:18.bit fresher but a lot of dry weather, too.

:48:19. > :48:21.We'll be back with the headlines in just over ten minutes time.

:48:22. > :49:03.The roads are crammed, the horn is omnipresent

:49:04. > :49:06.Well, the rules are here somewhere, I'm sure of it.

:49:07. > :49:10.And that's why we won't be doing a piece about self driving cars

:49:11. > :49:18.Despite the fact that it seems like everyone in India travels

:49:19. > :49:21.a car, that's not true by any means, many people choose

:14:43. > :14:50.that. We are talking about someone who is not used to doing 12

:14:51. > :14:57.three-minute rounds. He has done in judo and wrestling, boxing, you just

:14:58. > :15:14.use your arms. Floyd Mayweather, the first few rounds, it allowed him to

:15:15. > :15:23.use and expand his energy. Millions of people paid $100 apiece to watch

:15:24. > :15:27.the fight. The ticket I had cost seven and a half thousand dollars,

:15:28. > :15:32.and it wasn't even a great seat. He made a hell of a lot of money in

:15:33. > :15:38.this event because people wanted to see it. I was very happy with the

:15:39. > :15:45.fact they got through so many rounds. I don't know if you had to

:15:46. > :15:50.pay for that yourself, but that is a lot of money. This was never going

:15:51. > :15:54.to be the fight that defined Mayweather's career, but were you

:15:55. > :16:00.happy to see him come out off retirement and perform the way he

:16:01. > :16:06.did? I am not surprised. He is a professional, he doesn't drink

:16:07. > :16:11.alcohol or take drugs, he is always in fantastic physical condition.

:16:12. > :16:16.Taking a few years out would not have harmed him physically. He came

:16:17. > :16:22.into this fight. It looked for me like he gave Conor McGregor the

:16:23. > :16:30.early rounds. He was not trying to assert himself at the start. He

:16:31. > :16:45.might have gotten an early victory, that would have left the Irish fans

:16:46. > :16:50.very unhappy. He left the ring with dignity. Everyone was happy. A great

:16:51. > :16:52.night's entertainment. A fight we knew what the result was going to

:16:53. > :17:36.be. It was a good fight. The rounds are the professional

:17:37. > :17:42.boxing match, you were to say that. He could have future in boxing if

:17:43. > :17:49.sticks to it. I'm pretty sure once he sees the check. Though it be

:17:50. > :17:54.surprised if Mayweather walks away with 3- $4 million from this one

:17:55. > :18:00.night. When the cheque comes in, I'm sure he went mind doing it again. It

:18:01. > :18:10.is easy money for him. -- he won't mind. I wouldn't be surprised.

:18:11. > :18:22.Thanks so much. I watering amounts of money. Would

:18:23. > :18:26.people get so excited about it now they know the way it panned out? I

:18:27. > :18:31.don't know. I think because he showed he could do it. He showed he

:18:32. > :18:33.could at least take it to him in a number of rounds and on his first

:18:34. > :18:34.fight. Unbelievable. Here's Matt with a look

:18:35. > :18:51.at this morning's weather. If you have to get up early on a

:18:52. > :18:57.Sunday morning, it might as well be for a view like this. For most of

:18:58. > :19:07.you, try and find day with some sunshine. -- find day. Not blue

:19:08. > :19:10.skies. Spots of rain and drizzle to the south and east of Northern

:19:11. > :19:14.Ireland. A bit damp in the hills and coast of western Scotland. The cloud

:19:15. > :19:18.will thicken up in north-west Wales during the day, threatening the odd

:19:19. > :19:26.spot of drizzle, too. Particularly on the hills. Even here, breaks. The

:19:27. > :19:32.further south and east you are,, the cloud will break up and good sunny

:19:33. > :19:38.spells. We are talking low 20s for Leeds for the second test. If you

:19:39. > :19:46.are heading off to the Leeds Cunningham all. -- Carnival. It will

:19:47. > :19:53.clear for the Notting Hill Carnival. Blue skies into Monday. To get

:19:54. > :19:56.there, we will see a bit of a north-south split developing because

:19:57. > :20:03.southern and eastern areas, clear through tonight. To the north and

:20:04. > :20:06.west, much more cloud. Don't be surprised Northern Ireland,

:20:07. > :20:13.north-west England and Wales, waking up to some drizzle. And bridges in

:20:14. > :20:19.the mid-teens. The split of the weather continues on Monday. The

:20:20. > :20:22.vast majority have bank holiday stop low pressure in Iceland are throwing

:20:23. > :20:27.some weather fronts our way which will bring some breeze to Scotland.

:20:28. > :20:32.Increasingly wet weather. Some parts of eastern Scotland will stay dry

:20:33. > :20:36.with some parts of sunshine. Further south and east, northern England,

:20:37. > :20:42.north-west Wales, like today, cloud coming and going. A few spots of

:20:43. > :20:45.drizzle in the morning. It. Temperatures from rising. The

:20:46. > :20:50.further south and east you are, it will be perhaps the warmest late

:20:51. > :20:56.bank holiday on record. Temperatures upto 28 degrees. Calling up and are

:20:57. > :20:58.we get to the rest of next week. Some rain at times. More updates

:20:59. > :21:05.throughout the morning. Time for a look at the morning's

:21:06. > :21:10.papers. The writer, Paul Vallely

:21:11. > :21:12.is here to tell us We'll speak to Paul

:21:13. > :21:35.in just a minute. The page of the Observer has a

:21:36. > :21:41.number of different story. It is about Labour. We have been reporting

:21:42. > :21:45.this morning that Labour have made a dramatic shift on Brexit in the

:21:46. > :21:50.single market. They say they would like to stay in the single market

:21:51. > :21:54.after the official Brexit date of March 20 19. A dreadful story on the

:21:55. > :21:58.front page of the Sunday express about a terrible crush on the M1

:21:59. > :22:04.motorway in which eight men were killed --8 people were killed. A

:22:05. > :22:14.little girl is fighting for life in hospital and the road is closed. The

:22:15. > :22:21.Sunday Telegraph has an interview on the heart of Parliament. Protest by

:22:22. > :22:28.police and the risk of Otello -- terrorist attack. Bruce Forsyth's

:22:29. > :22:33.widow talking about his death in the mirror. Saying it has left a huge

:22:34. > :22:49.hole in her life. The Sunday Times talking about fat cats pay. It is

:22:50. > :22:57.said that's 100 enjoying company perks like BMW's. Ministers. They

:22:58. > :23:06.are being told they must cap their salaries. The Mail on Sunday. A lot

:23:07. > :23:10.of talk before the election putting workers on company boards, people

:23:11. > :23:15.thinking the Conservatives will go to crack down on capitalism.

:23:16. > :23:19.According to the Mail on Sunday, that's exactly what Theresa May

:23:20. > :23:27.plans to do. She has written an article for them and she uses the

:23:28. > :23:36.unacceptable phrase of capitalism. Edward Heath used it about Roland

:23:37. > :23:41.many years ago. It is part of, what intrigues me about Theresa May is

:23:42. > :23:46.she is a bit of an enigma, where are her politics? The person all this is

:23:47. > :23:50.her right-hand man Nick Timothy and she was what's to get rid of him

:23:51. > :23:54.after the election. This is his kind of election. -- agenda. When it

:23:55. > :24:00.comes down to it, what she is proposing to do is publish a

:24:01. > :24:05.register which will show fatcat bosses who have been told off by

:24:06. > :24:11.their shareholders over the levels of pay. It is quite a weedy level of

:24:12. > :24:19.response but the rhetoric is very high. These part of Theresa May

:24:20. > :24:28.trying to re-establish herself after the fiasco of the election. As they

:24:29. > :24:35.have a case of one of those fatcat losses. The Observer, a mining

:24:36. > :24:43.village in Yorkshire. In particular, the impact of wrecks that. It is in

:24:44. > :24:50.County Durham. It is an ex- mining village. It is just one of these

:24:51. > :24:55.things that tells those of us who live fairly comfortable lives, what

:24:56. > :24:59.it's like at the other end of the scale, in a place where people are

:25:00. > :25:05.living without proper furniture and in a village plagued by drug dealers

:25:06. > :25:12.and so forth. It is like real-life eye, Daniel Blake. There was

:25:13. > :25:17.something in the story about how this critique of the benefit system,

:25:18. > :25:24.these are the people who get the dirty end of the stick on this. ,

:25:25. > :25:33.really suffer. It is just a reminder of what life was like for those who

:25:34. > :25:41.have been on the bad end of the... Sometimes you feel these parts the

:25:42. > :25:44.country that the rest of the country have no clue about. They don't

:25:45. > :25:48.understand the lives of different people. There is a story underneath

:25:49. > :25:52.it in the Observer which is the other side of the coin, talking

:25:53. > :25:55.about a million skilled European workers are seeing their future

:25:56. > :26:06.outside Britain. It is a study done by KPMG. A large percentage of

:26:07. > :26:13.people here with higher degrees are thinking about leaving. None of us,

:26:14. > :26:17.whether we were four or against, could envisage this before the vote

:26:18. > :26:21.happened. Inside the Sunday express, a story talking about a Visa scheme

:26:22. > :26:26.which allows foreign students to stay in the UK for an extra six

:26:27. > :26:30.months which was initially only done at four universities in the south of

:26:31. > :26:35.England and now they are rolling it out. Again, this is something we try

:26:36. > :26:39.to Flickr -- pick our way through. On one point, there is a lot of

:26:40. > :26:43.political confusion, Theresa May that was anger at are a lot of

:26:44. > :26:47.students overstaying their visas and then last week we heard a story

:26:48. > :26:50.saying that's not true and now the government is tried to encourage

:26:51. > :26:55.them to stay longer. They want the brightest and best to stay longer.

:26:56. > :27:01.There was a pilot scheme to students from Cambridge, Oxford, to stay on

:27:02. > :27:05.for an extra six months. This has caused predictive outrage in parts

:27:06. > :27:10.of the countries stop they have now announced they will extend it to

:27:11. > :27:14.northern universities as well. The Prime Minister, after the election

:27:15. > :27:19.result didn't exactly go her way, was the speculation on how long she

:27:20. > :27:24.might last? She has set a date at how much truth is there in it? What

:27:25. > :27:29.is clear from this story is that Mrs May is inviting groups of

:27:30. > :27:35.backbenchers to visit her, greeting her at the door with handmade

:27:36. > :27:41.chocolate and so forth. It is quite clear the charm affective --

:27:42. > :27:44.offensive to try and woo people to allow her to carry through the

:27:45. > :27:50.Brexit process. She is saying to them, yes, I will be gone before the

:27:51. > :27:55.next election but give me two years to get on with this job. One of the

:27:56. > :27:59.Tory backbenchers says, her philosophy seems to be, giving the

:28:00. > :28:05.dogs as stroke is better than giving them a kick. I feel slightly bad

:28:06. > :28:09.that we have not greeted you with handmade chocolates and pressed

:28:10. > :28:15.Echo. I look forward to it. Thanks very much, Paul. -- prosecco.

:31:03. > :31:05.There is only one place to start with regards to the sport this

:31:22. > :31:23.He was apparently borne with his fist clenched. But he was not good

:31:59. > :32:01.great. He refers to himself as the best ever, and he proved too much

:32:02. > :32:09.for Conor McGregor. A referee stopped the contest. A sense of

:32:10. > :32:20.hope, anticipation and excitement built throughout the day. Irish fans
