:00:37. > :00:40.Clinton Pringle was on holiday from Scotland, visiting family
:00:41. > :00:46.As he was walking into Millennium Town Park,
:00:47. > :00:50.he was hit by a Volkswagen transporter van on Tunnell Street.
:00:51. > :00:53.The three-year-old was flown to hospital in Southampton by air
:00:54. > :00:57.ambulance, but died a few days later from his injuries.
:00:58. > :00:59.Scores of tributes were left at the scene.
:01:00. > :01:03.Rebekah Le Gal was released on bail today after pleading not guilty
:01:04. > :01:07.to causing Clinton's death by driving dangerously -
:01:08. > :01:10.a charge that can carry up to ten years in prison.
:01:11. > :01:13.The 38-year-old will return to this court on
:01:14. > :01:16.the 13th June for her trial, although she will
:01:17. > :01:20.have the opportunity to re-enter her plea in May.
:01:21. > :01:23.Today she did admit to the lesser charge of causing death
:01:24. > :01:27.It carries a five-year prison sentence - that's half the amount
:01:28. > :01:31.of time you could spend in prison if found guilty
:01:32. > :01:36.But that count will not be dealt with until after her trial.
