:00:22. > :00:25.The BBC has been contacted by another RNLI station that

:00:26. > :00:28.claims its volunteers were also bullied.

:00:29. > :00:35.They're the emergency services of the sea -

:00:36. > :00:37.volunteers with the RNLI regularly risk their lives in all kinds

:00:38. > :00:43.But if there's an emergency today, this lifeboat won't be going out

:00:44. > :00:48.Yesterday coxswain Andy Hibbs was sacked, and his crew has

:00:49. > :00:55.He says he's being punished for standing up for himself and them.

:00:56. > :00:57.There's all sorts of issues obviously that I can't go

:00:58. > :00:59.into because we've got five days to appeal.

:01:00. > :01:05.But an allegation was made against me, it was investigated,

:01:06. > :01:07.I was found not guilty and on the back of that

:01:08. > :01:09.investigation, quite clearly shows that the person who made

:01:10. > :01:15.So there's serious implications all the way through, but the thing is,

:01:16. > :01:18.at the end of the day, myself and my crew have been

:01:19. > :01:21.put under immense pressure, and bullied by a senior member

:01:22. > :01:23.of the RNLI through no fault of our own.

:01:24. > :01:46.Commenting on the allegations of bullying, the RNLI said...

:01:47. > :01:49.But having no St Helier lifeboat crew during the hot,

:01:50. > :01:53.sunny Easter holidays poses a health and safety concern,

:01:55. > :02:00.Jersey's harbour master says he's confident they'll be able to respond

:02:01. > :02:04.There's a range of options we've got.

:02:05. > :02:06.We just have to respond appropriately, depending

:02:07. > :02:12.But I can reassure everybody that as long as they're well prepared

:02:13. > :02:14.and properly equipped, there's no reason at all why

:02:15. > :02:17.they shouldn't go out to sea this weekend.

:02:18. > :02:21.A protest is planned on Sunday to support Andy Hibbs and his crew.

:02:22. > :02:25.He has five days from Monday to appeal against his sacking.

:02:38. > :02:39.following the death of a woman in Jersey.

:02:41. > :02:44.Tributes are describing her as a "bubbly" person

:02:45. > :02:51.Three days on, it's hard to believe this is the house where 51-year-old

:02:52. > :02:54.Ana Rebelo was found strangled to death.

:02:55. > :02:57.This sole bunch of daffodils on the doorstep isn't

:02:58. > :03:01.A different scene on Tuesday, when police were called

:03:02. > :03:04.to the Victoria Street property, and later arrested a 58-year-old

:03:05. > :03:07.man, who's since been released on bail.

:03:08. > :03:10.Today, officers say they're working with Ana's extended family

:03:11. > :03:17.Ana was a member of the congregation here at St Thomas's Church,

:03:18. > :03:25.where people are shocked at her death.

:03:26. > :03:27.We have all been bruised by a thing like this,

:04:10. > :04:11.looking at CCTV footage, social media and phone records,

:04:12. > :04:14.focusing on Ana's last known movements, to find out

:04:15. > :04:20.what was behind the brutal act that ended a woman's life.

:04:21. > :04:23.Luxmy Gopal, BBC Channel Islands, Jersey.

:04:24. > :04:27.Sark residents calling for changes to the island's election and voting

:04:28. > :04:30.system met with the MP in charge of the Channel Islands' link

:04:31. > :04:34.On his first official visit to the bailiwick, Sir Oliver Heald,

:04:35. > :04:37.who is the UK's Minister of State for Courts and Justice visited Sark

:04:38. > :04:45.The group Sark First say a solution needs to be found

:04:46. > :04:47.to the political disenfranchisement felt following uncontested

:04:48. > :04:53.The Royal Air Force aerobatic team, known as the Red Arrows, will not be

:04:54. > :04:56.in any of the Channel Islands air displays this September.

:04:57. > :04:58.A clash in their event calender mean spectators will not

:04:59. > :05:01.view their iconic colourful performance which has

:05:02. > :05:04.been part of the event for over half a century.

:05:05. > :05:07.Visit Jersey are remaining optimistic that their absence

:05:08. > :05:15.won't affect tourism too much but organisers are disappointed.

:05:16. > :05:21.I know from experience that everybody goes to the display to see

:05:22. > :05:25.the red arrows and I heard that replacement, whatever it may be, I

:05:26. > :05:28.am still working on that, will be equally exciting and that the people

:05:29. > :05:33.stay to the end as well. We are going to have a brilliant display

:05:34. > :05:35.anyway. It is a disappointment because of the long association with

:05:36. > :05:37.Red Arrows in Jersey. It's been a great day in the islands

:05:38. > :05:40.with plenty of sunshine. More of the same would be

:05:41. > :05:42.nice for the weekend. The man who can tell us is Dan Downs

:05:43. > :05:48.he has your forecast. Thank you. I find day for the

:05:49. > :05:52.islands today and a similar picture into the weekend. Staying fine and

:05:53. > :05:56.dry will stop there is the risk of some morning mist and fog patches.

:05:57. > :05:59.We have high pressure with us, keeping things settled at the

:06:00. > :06:03.moment. It does slip away to the east during because of the weekend.

:06:04. > :06:08.Keep things fine into Sunday but by Monday this weather front here is

:06:09. > :06:12.moving down across. Turning rather cloudy and cool. Not a great deal of

:06:13. > :06:16.rain on that front by the time it reaches us. This has been the

:06:17. > :06:22.picture to today. Hardly any cloud in the sky for the islands or indeed

:06:23. > :06:26.England or Wales. It stays clear for most of us overnight tonight. The

:06:27. > :06:30.wind coming in, a bit of a breeze but I think the most of us

:06:31. > :06:34.temperatures are likely to dip overnight between eight and nine

:06:35. > :06:37.Celsius. Risk of mist and fog patches forming boat. First thing

:06:38. > :06:43.tomorrow morning. Quickly blown away and then it is a fine and great day.

:06:44. > :06:48.Ealing warm, the air mass coming up from the south. Highs of 18 or 19

:06:49. > :06:54.Celsius for Jersey. The UV level and the pollen will both be high.

:06:55. > :06:57.Similar into Sunday. More anyway of sunshine but the risk of cloud

:06:58. > :07:01.pitching in, particularly into the afternoon and around the coast. The

:07:02. > :07:05.chance of mist patches early on. The change comes in on Monday, turning

:07:06. > :07:11.cloudier and cooler. Have a good weekend. Looking good for the

:07:12. > :07:15.weekend. Plenty of barbecues and getting out and about in the

:07:16. > :07:16.sunshine. Take care, it is going to be very hot.

:07:17. > :07:18.That's your news this Friday evening, BBC Radio Guernsey

:07:19. > :07:25.and Jersey will have bulletins from six tomorrow morning

:07:26. > :07:30.And through the weekend. There is plenty information on mine as well.

:07:31. > :07:33.Good night. Monday, and north-westerly wind will

:07:34. > :07:40.drag in more cloud and temperatures will be down by 8-9 .

:07:41. > :07:45.Hello, my advice would be to make the most of the weather this

:07:46. > :07:49.weekend, if you can. Because there will be a good day love sunshine on

:07:50. > :07:53.offer and it will continue to warm up as well. This picture was taken

:07:54. > :07:57.in Cumbria, at Workington, later in the afternoon. We got the sunshine

:07:58. > :08:01.eventually in northern England but it's in the Northwest we have the

:08:02. > :08:02.lowest temperatures at the moment. Under clear skies,
