:00:19. > :00:22.teenagers whose parents and younger sister died during an incident at

:00:22. > :00:32.their home. It's believed former police officer Toby Day attacked

:00:36. > :00:41.his family before killing himself. Three weeks on from the tragedy,

:00:41. > :00:49.and the police don't know what exactly happened. It is believed

:00:49. > :00:57.that Mr Day stabs his family. His wife, and his six-year-old daughter

:00:57. > :01:06.died. The older children, 13-year- old Adam, and 15-year-old Kimberly,

:01:06. > :01:10.survive the attacked. -- survived. They were taken to hospital, and

:01:10. > :01:15.had been discharged, spending Christmas with family. The children

:01:15. > :01:20.are slowly recovering, the police are yet to interview them, though

:01:20. > :01:25.family liaison officers have been on hand. The local community has

:01:25. > :01:30.raised thousands of pounds for the teenagers. The funerals are

:01:30. > :01:33.expected to take place next month. The headquarters of Leicester City

:01:33. > :01:36.Council is to be demolished. The city's Mayor has revealed that two

:01:36. > :01:42.New Walk Centre towers will be bulldozed. It follows an inspection

:01:42. > :01:45.last year which revealed the offices are structurally unsafe.

:01:45. > :01:49.There's a call for Nottinghamshire County Council to re-think plans to

:01:49. > :01:51.switch off some of its street lights to save money. The

:01:51. > :01:54.opposition Labour group on the authority says the scheme has led

:05:10. > :05:12.designed DVD before they're discharged. Around 15 mothers and

:05:12. > :05:16.their babies are sent home from the Leicester General maternity ward

:05:16. > :05:19.every day. The short film was the brainchild of one of the hospital's

:05:19. > :05:22.midwives to give them more time to spend with each patient. The DVD

:05:22. > :05:24.advises on the care of their baby and explains which health

:05:24. > :05:27.professionals will visit them over the next few weeks.

:05:27. > :05:30.Onto sport - and Derby County's teenage defender Mark O'Brien will

:05:32. > :05:35.Tuesday. He damaged his cruciate ligament. O'Brien has made 21
