:04:28. > :04:32.an award for his work with the police training students about

:04:33. > :04:36.radicalisation. The message is for all students. It is about society

:04:37. > :04:39.being safe and the community we live in being safe. Also, everybody

:04:40. > :04:45.understanding what to do in the event should there be God forbid any

:06:00. > :06:04.we will get it back. If we do not, we will replace it. We might stick

:06:05. > :06:09.new initials on it to mark another period of history. We will go

:06:10. > :06:12.forward to next year and celebrate the 10th anniversary of the rescue.

:06:13. > :06:27.Now onto the weather with Charlie. There are a few showers around

:06:28. > :06:32.tonight. First of all, this is what it looks like at the moment. A

:06:33. > :06:34.couple of showers starting to drift over these midlands. Approaching

:06:35. > :06:39.midnight, the showers will move in. They are light and Rosalie. Although

:06:40. > :06:46.there is all of the dry weather, the umbrella should be in your pocket or

:06:47. > :06:51.in your bag. The last thing you want is for one of the showers to find

:06:52. > :06:55.you. New Year's Day, the rain is certainly going to find you. That is

:06:56. > :07:01.heading our way once we head into the middle part of the morning. A

:07:02. > :07:04.very poor day to start 2014 weather`wise. A lot of heavy rain at

:07:05. > :07:12.times. The wind will be very strong as well. The only thing to smile at

:07:40. > :07:45.Good evening. It looks like mother nature may provide her own

:07:46. > :07:50.pyrotechnics in the run-up to bid night tonight. We have some heavy

:07:51. > :07:55.showers in western parts, starting to ease a bit across Scotland and

:07:56. > :07:59.Northern Ireland. But the showers further south are heavier, with some

:08:00. > :08:03.flashes of lightning as they move eastwards. They do get a bit more

:08:04. > :08:08.hit and miss as we head towards midnight, but a greater chance of

:08:09. > :08:13.getting wet in the south as we move into 2014. Cardiff and London could

:08:14. > :08:21.see heavy downpours. Further north, you could be greeting the New Year

:08:22. > :08:24.on a dry note. A touch of frost in northern and eastern areas going

:08:25. > :08:25.into New Year's Day. A few
