:00:16. > :00:20.With your news now for the East Midlands, I'm Maurice Flynn. This

:00:21. > :00:26.weekend's storm has left a temple in Leicester almost in ruins. The gable

:00:27. > :00:29.end collapsed and a third of the roof was destroyed by the lightning

:00:30. > :00:45.and strong winds. Just an hour beforehand, the temple had been

:00:46. > :00:54.packed with worshippers. Today, this was the damage caused.

:00:55. > :00:58.The entire area was illuminated by the flash of lightning, and at that

:00:59. > :01:06.time, it must have hit the building and the wall and roof of blown off.

:01:07. > :01:11.The total cost of the damage would be about ?250,000, but if the

:01:12. > :01:16.lightning have struck an hour earlier, the human cost would have

:01:17. > :01:25.been a lot greater. Since yesterday, I have been very emotional. You care

:01:26. > :01:30.about the community. As the Temple tries to cope with the destruction,

:01:31. > :01:34.not far away, the residents are coming to terms with what they

:01:35. > :01:43.described as a mini tornado. It was a disaster scene. All over the road,

:01:44. > :01:51.it was like a horror movie. I was gutted. The people on the street say

:01:52. > :01:55.this storm lasted no longer than 20 minutes in total but it would take

:01:56. > :01:58.months to clean up its mess. An area of woodland has been

:01:59. > :02:02.cordoned off by police after the discovery of a bone that's believed

:02:03. > :02:05.to be human. The discovery in woodland near Papplewick in

:02:06. > :02:09.Nottinghamshire was made by a dog`walker. Forensic tests are being

:02:10. > :02:12.carried out. Police will then decide if it's a a criminal matter or an

:02:13. > :02:15.archaeological concern. Police investigating a death in

:02:16. > :02:20.Hinckley have charged a man with murder. Police officers were called

:02:21. > :02:23.to Factory Road in the town on Friday after reports of an assault

:02:24. > :02:26.and a woman falling from a first floor window with a baby. A

:02:27. > :02:28.31`year`old man will appear before magistrates in Loughborough

:02:29. > :02:31.tomorrow. Drugs experts in the East Midlands

:02:32. > :02:37.testing legal highs are warning they're coming across mind`changing

:02:38. > :02:39.chemicals never seen before. In some cases, illegal and dangerous

:02:40. > :02:50.substances are being found in legal`high products.

:02:51. > :02:56.They are known as legal highs, but experts call them new psychoactive

:02:57. > :03:03.substances. We take more in the UK than anywhere else in Europe. Karin

:03:04. > :03:08.is 20 and from Derbyshire. Since first legal high experience she has

:03:09. > :03:15.had plenty more. I had one bad experience where I thought I would

:03:16. > :03:20.die. He was zoning out. You're not thinking anything. When it goes

:03:21. > :03:24.wrong, hospital toxicologists have to find out what patients have

:03:25. > :03:29.taken. If we don't know what these compounds are, it's very difficult

:03:30. > :03:34.for clinicians to give the correct treatment. Unfortunately, we are

:03:35. > :03:38.seeing these cases too late. Legal highs are available on the Internet

:03:39. > :03:42.and in other places. The government will announce in the spring how it

:03:43. > :03:45.plans to deal with the trade. See more of Sarah's investigation on

:03:46. > :03:48.tomorrow night's Inside Out for the East Midlands. That's here on BBC

:03:49. > :03:52.One at 7.30pm. Onto football, the draw that's just

:03:53. > :03:55.been made means Nottingham Forest will meet either Sheffield United or

:03:56. > :03:59.Fulham in the fifth round of the FA Cup if they win their replay at

:04:00. > :04:01.Preston. Meanwhile, in the Championship, Leicester City

:04:02. > :04:10.stretched their lead at the top. With that and yesterday's action

:04:11. > :04:15.here's Mark Shardlow. A storm hit the stadium just before

:04:16. > :04:21.kick`off. Thunder, lightning, hail, rain and wind but the ground just

:04:22. > :04:31.about held it together. A storm that is Leicester City. This was the club

:04:32. > :04:37.record's seventh successive win. The second was a thunderous header. A

:04:38. > :04:40.comfortable win for the league leaders. Derby County seem to be

:04:41. > :04:50.doing well at Blackburn. The home side, though, went ahead at the 47th

:04:51. > :05:01.minute. Another lovely goal from Patrick Bamford made it 1`1. There

:05:02. > :05:03.was a day huge at Knott County. Mansfield town came back from 2`1 to

:05:04. > :05:22.get a point at home to Wycombe. We have had a bit of everything so

:05:23. > :05:27.far today. An awful lot of rain. It could be even more interesting. Some

:05:28. > :05:31.of these showers have the potential to turn wintry. A little bit of a

:05:32. > :05:38.dusting of snow first thing on Monday morning, particularly on high

:05:39. > :05:42.ground. It's very unlikely to be disruptive but you might know it is

:05:43. > :05:47.there. A very icy start on Monday. Further showers on the way but lots

:05:48. > :05:52.of dry weather in there, too. You will notice how cold it has got as

:05:53. > :05:56.well. We have got more wet weather and cold weather to come and more

:05:57. > :06:02.wintry stuff as we go through the week.

:06:03. > :06:07.Until then, plenty more news on our website. Bye-bye.

:06:08. > :06:12.Good evening. will keep going through the nights

:06:13. > :06:17.tonight and as the air turns colder,

:06:18. > :06:21.tonight and as the air turns wintry. A mixture of sleet and snow

:06:22. > :06:25.leaving us with the risk advice The band of rain has cleared his
