:01:25. > :01:31.sorting office daily to collect them by the sack load. At Trading

:01:32. > :01:35.Standards, they have some of the thousands of letters he recdived. It

:01:36. > :01:44.is addressed to him. That is the psychology. They want him to believe

:01:45. > :01:49.he is a prizewinner. If you see a lot of this type of mail, it is

:01:50. > :01:53.likely they are being scammdd. You need to contact Trading Standards

:01:54. > :02:01.through the citizens advice helpline. Get in touch. I bdlieve it

:02:02. > :02:05.is an addiction. Just the s`me as someone who has a drug or alcohol

:02:06. > :02:12.addiction. I would like it to be recognised as an illness and for

:02:13. > :02:16.there to be a lot of support for those suffering this fabulots.
